[Resolved] BSNL — Non-compliance to register complaint | |||
I have opted for broadband service on my BSNL landline number[protected]. I am not able access the service from 24th June. I registered the complaint on 26th of June, 2011. I was told the complaint will be resolved in 24 hours. However the problem persisted. On 30th of June, when I inquired about the status of my complaint, I was told that it has already been closed. It was a surprise to me as no lineman/technician visited to check the problem. I again booked the complaint about failure in broadband service. Again on 2nd of July, I was told the complaint has been closed while the fact remained no technician paid a visit. It is more than 15 days since I am facing the problem and yet there is no solution to my problem. Every time I inquire, I hear that my complaint has been closed.
