[Resolved]  BSNL Telephone — telephone dead last 8 month

I have taken phone connection and broadband connection from BSNL. The broadband never worked but they kept raising bills. I cleared the bills for last 7 months. I have also applied to refund my payment several times to which they agreed verbally. Now finally i lost all hope and request to take back the connection . Still they don't react. My telephone no is[protected] is dead for last one and a half month. we have complained several times, but no reation taken place.If our phone is not repaired Immediately, we have to take another action.

my telephone is dead from last 5-6 months. 25-40 times i called tne lineman. the phone was again ok but within 1-2 days again it became dead. this is the case from the last 5-6 months. if anyone is calling someone is answering also i do not know how is this happening when the telephone is dead. pleasa see to it. the phone number is[protected].

we had taken a new connection of bsnl landline & also being provided a landline no.
[protected] on date 07-04-11 But the no. is not in order till now 23-4-11.
