for d last 15days...my phone line is noisy and there is link failure of bb..I have complaint both for bb and my noisy line through bsnl complain booking service(198)..In spite of complaining I went to bsnl office(north gate) 3-4 days..But till today my phone line is as it is before 15days and without using BB I have to pay my monthly rental and this feels so disgusting.. With due respect I have to say that I have BB Home UL 499/- plan with student.discount. I have not applied for Home 500/- Plan, but it has been activated and charged regularly from AUGUST 2010 till now & I did not understands your Broadband Services. Which process I solv this ''Over Billing'' problms??? I have registration in this side but, I did not better fill effect in this side. So, kindly help me. Did you help me?
