BSNL — Unnecessary deduction of amount from prepaid balance

on my mobiles no. [protected] and [protected] Rs 50 has been deducted from my balance. I have not taken any additional service on my mobiles, my point is that without any information, intimation and any reason why balance is deducted from my account.....

kindly take necessary action against my complaint..

BSNL — Unnecessary deduction of Rs 50

hello,

My Name is S.S.Shukla working in Indian Air Force Maharajpura.
My no. is [protected].My complains is on unnecessary deduction on Rs 50 in
the month on 10 Feb. when i spoke to customer care they said that you have been for reducing call rate. Still today i have suffered loss of total Rs.50 for no services on sending SMS to 1909which is toll free .Then why the amount has been deducted from customer account.. further this continues we will compile to take this issue seriously to the consumer court. The following are my docket no: -

[protected] on 16 Feb at 3:46:18 PM
[protected] on 11March at 2:46:25 PM
[protected] on 20 March at 11:28:59 AM.
Nothing happened on the above mentioned complain numbers.
