[Resolved]  BSNL — unwanted service subscription

my service operator bsnl has imposed a caller tune service without my consent against my mobile number:[protected].on calling customer care they blamed me for activation of service.i have been charged rs.42 for the same.company has refused to refund my money.please help me.
