[Resolved]  BSNL - Vennela Plus — Balance Recovery

Hi BSNL customer care.

I am using cellone SIM card with number [protected] and package is Vennela plus, with vennela plus has an ofer that we can send 250 free local SMS for a month but when I sent SMS to one of the AP IDEA number “[protected]”, cell one charged 1.20 Re for each SMS.Can you please revert my balance and give me the reason why it was happened.



First SMS sent at: Around 24th July 2009 10:42 AM IST.

Second SMS sent at: Around 25th July 2009 01:22 PM IST.

i have given complaint on sunday ie., 15th aug 2010, i mobile is lost on that day, connection is vennala plus, please trace the out going call from this no [protected], i didnot get reply till mow,

hi i am a user of bsnl vennela plus ([protected])there is problem . there is a offer that 1p/sec. but this offer is not utilised by me ie... if i call 2 any other network per 1 sec it is charging 1.5p/sec . is it true plzzzzzz

i am using vennela plus prepaid card my problem is monthly an amount of rs.50 is being deducted from my balance for maa tv subscription which i am not using and even if i am trying to unsubscribe it is not getting cancelled which is causing so much of inconvinience i request u to cancel the same so that i can use the service without any problem [protected]

iam using BSNL vennela plus but the problem is... i have charged 60pice/min.

for that i want to change to 1pice/sec. what will do for that offer.
