BSNL — Regarding wrong deduction.
This is to bring to your notice that on 15th February, 2010 suddenly my prepaid account balance become 0 from Rs.293/- then after contacting to senior customer executive, I came to knew that it was for using GPRS service, and my balance is -195 and the system showed usage of[protected] bytes). But I hardly used it for 15-20 minutes. Usage of[protected] bytes by me is not at all possible. Going further into the case, data counter of my mobile, till date my all usage is much less than above usage. Then how is it possible.Further I again contacted to the customer care, they were unable to solve my problem and were just saying that it is as system showed.
I request you to look in to the matter and reverse my prepaid account balance.

In my mobile two time MIMOBITY service activated both time 150/- deducted from my account i want to know how the service activated in my mobile without my permission & why the service provider do this if i send the message of activation then please provide me records.1. My first complaint number is H06UP1276980 & Second time complaint number not provided to me from bsnl (advice to me decativate the service)
IT IS REQUESTED TO BSNL PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY & DO NOT ACTIVATE THIS TYPE SERVICE AGAIN IN MY MOBILE
BSNL — wrongly deduction
BSNL had deducted 40 Rs. For MIMOBITV from my Account...but this pack is not activated by me.I talked to customer care executive but they used to just transfer my call to senior officer
senior officer made my complaint on 8th Dec. 2011 but it is not resolved yet:...even i received sms on 11 Dec that my pack is going to renew on 14 Dec . I told this to BSNL but they told me yes ur pack'll renew on 14th n balance'll again deduct from my account n it'll not refunded to u...
Its totally harassment they are not refunding my Balance n even yet not deactivated my Pack that they wrongly activated on my Number [protected]
Do help me ....pls

Mobile Broadband — Refuse to let me upgrade as advertised
Vodafone are the worst mobile phone company to deal with. I took out a Dongle broadband internet connection with them in October 09. The dealer said I could upgrade anytime. Within a few days I decided to upgrade from 3GB to Unlimited. Vodaphone advertises Unlimited for £18 whilst my existing contract is for 12.77 for 3 GB. Each time I correspond with customer services in India as well as their staff in the UK, none of them appear to have common sense. They said they can offer me a package for £25.00 for 5 GB.Do they not understand that when I am entitled to upgrade anytime and have chosen the £18.00 package, this is what I will opt for. In the meantime they have sent a bill for £75.00 due to excess usage. I will dispute this. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH VODAFONE if you want peace of mind. I will not pay this and will be contacting UK BBC Watchdog to prevent others having similar experience. Since they do not abide by their terms, I will henceforth terminate my 18 month contract.
