[Resolved] BSNL,MALAPPURAM-TIRUR — LAND PHONE & BROADBAND NOT WORKING

TELEPHONE NUMBER[protected] THIS NUMBER & THE BROAD BAND CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING SINCE[protected].THE COMPLAINT WAS LODGED AT THE TELEPHONE EXCHANGE SEVERAL TIMES,THE SAME COMPLAINT WAS REPEATED FROM KUWAIT BY ME,IBRAHIMKUTTY ,THE CONSUMER IN-WHOSE NAME THE NUMBER IS WORKING.A COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED FROM KUWAIT ON[protected] ,REF NO:[protected] & ANOTHER COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED ON[protected] REF NO:[protected].

WITH ALL THESE COMPLAINTS MADE, AS ON DATE ,NO ACTION IS TAKEN BY THE DEPARTMENT TO MAKE THE NUMBER WORK SATISFACTORILY ,

MY FAMILY BEING ALONE AT HOME WE FIND IT VERY ALARMING FROM SECURITY POINT TO LIVE WITHOUT THE TELEPHONE .

I REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES TO ACT QUICKLY WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY FOR RECTIFYING THE FAULT.

my b band net not working since 26 th may.complainted and some checking through telephone cant solve and given me a ref no[protected] on 26th.no reply / enquiry.call.on 2nd june again complainted and got another ref no[protected] no reply...?on 5th i contacted othukkungal exchange after hours of i got one and came on guy and on examination told modem complaint.so i gave him new modem have me and that also not working and last he went back.till today no response.on calling they say contact kodur, malappuram, manjeri, othukkungal...etc.if this is your attitude everybody will take your connection.in my area no aianet intrnet cable service.so iam begging to you.could you please solve the problem.

My above broadband Internet connection is not working since 26th July 2014. The complaint logged for the same (complaint no:[protected] has been closed by the team without rectifying the issue.

Now I have logged another complaint (complaint no:[protected] for the same which is still in open status.

My family being alone at home Internet is very essential for us to communicate.

Appreciate your urgent attention and assistance on the above
