Buy At Brands — Goods not dispatched / refund not released

I had placed an order with BuyatBrands on the 16th April 2013. I had made a payment of Rs 22k to them to supply a Casio Protrek Watch. Unfortunately that was the last I saw of my hard earned money. Sweekar Chopra and his partners in crime at the fake and fraud site , have failed to deliver/ refund my money. These bunch of cheaters don't respond to my e mails and the phone call is out of question as the cheaters don't lift the phone , and I see that since yesterday they claim their help line Nos is out of order. Looks like they have cheated their phone service provider as well.I belive some of the people here who have been cheated by Sweekar are lucky that some one responds to their mails and phone calls in my case there is absolutely no response. I dont understand why the web master does not close down this fake site out to cheat people. Just o inform all my firends who have been cheated by Sweekar Chopra , please lodge a complaint against him with your credit card company and ask for a charge back. Also get in touch with EBS his credit card processing company within 7 days of the charge and ask for a reversal. Though this cheater has circumvented that clause as well !! for he all ways says he has a 7 days shipping policy so that when he has to authorize charge from EBS for collection he does not have to provide proof of dispatch.But I feel that multiple complaints against the cheater Sweekar to EBS should help .
