My name is saurabh Ranjan (Gas no-23962). i am very disagree with your service because i am trying to contact your conatct no but your office people are not pick the phone and office employee attitude also unprofessional.and your delivery sechudle is also very waitful after bookeing customer gots cylender after 10 days.
Please do needful and please care customers problem.

It is allways very difficult to book a cylinder on telephone as all telephones[protected], 23915293,[protected]given by them are allways either busy or no-response. It tooks 3-4 days for hours of dialing to book gas cylinder.which causes lot of irritation and time waste. ghatiya service hai in delho is agency ko band karwa dena chahiye aur mein complaint upar tak karungi i promise. why always cosumer suffer i now they have to suffer. Early action is needed to take againt it.
Booking for a refill of gas cylinder at C Lal & Sons has often been a great torture as reporte by most of the consumersand I am a victim of the same. I have to catch hold of the distributinf boys to get the cylinder. May I request to the management to pleeeeeeeaaaaaaaasssssssseeeeee look into this aspect of your consumer complaints. I humbly request you to kindly treat your consumers with littlt bit of dignity. This is almost third week that I have filled my cylinder and hav;t got it dispite my reasiness to pay more if delivered as per latest guidlines of specific time schedules. Sir please do me a favour and supply the gas.

My self krishna mohan(consumer number 21263) is one of the proud customer of precious ajency. It is regretted to say that I am waiting for the refilled gas sylinder very eagerly whether i have already registered for the requirement on 04.01.2011. Please do the needful at earliest.

There is a big problem facing in booking a gas from c.lal & sons .No one can received even a single call. Please take action on it.

I agree that it is very difficult to book the gas through telephone as nobody responds to the calls. The facility of online booking has also been withdrawan for the agency. Pl reactivate.63481
MY CONSUMER NO IS P-7095 WITH C LAL AND SONS KASHMERE GATE ON 22/12/2011 I RECEIVED SMS THAT AGAINST MY BOOKING NO 5566 CYLINDER IS DELIVERED AND CASH MEMO NO 7867 DATED 22/12/2011 IS ISSUED, BUT TILL TODAY AS ON 04.01.2012 THE CYLINDER IS STILL AWAITED I TRIED THE C LAL AND SONS LANDINE NO BUT IN VIEN I ALSO TRIED CENTRALISED COMPLAINT NO OF IOC AT [protected] BUT ALSO IN VEIN. WHERE WAS THE CYLINDER WAS GONE GOD KNOWS
There is a big problem no one attend our calls, I have booked my refill on 15.02.12 and after some time on 5.03.2012 but i have not got any refilled from the company. No one is receiving my call. Please take action on it.

I have booked a cylinder on 30the May 2012, the Serial Number was [protected]. after 6 months of waiting in line, the gas agency people is telling that all the forms were cancelled from may to September month. Now i have to submit new form. after so many days of waiting, is it relevant to wait for me to again submit form and wait for another 6 months. i does not belongs to high class. thee gas in black market is too high for me to afford. can somebody help me to get thee connection in due time.

connection no T2808 has been closed by company without giving pre intimation to the customer.Agency staff also behave rudely to the comlainent.
Dear Sir, Recently, I booked my cylinder on IVR and received it on 9th May, 2016. I was appalled by a recent encounter with one of your employee ( Gas cylinder delivery man)- someone whom I know by the name of Kapil along with him there was one of your other employee .I didn't know his name. He was very rude with my family member. Since, we didn't have money so we told him. If it's possible for him to come next day however, he behaved in so appropriate manner. Being a very old customer. I hope you will look into this matter. Your Representative represent the goodwill of your company as a whole. I am sure you will agree. And in future give briefing to your staff.
