REF: BROADBAND NO.[protected] WITH DUE RESPECT WE WOULD LIKE TO DRAW YOUR KIND ATTENTION THAT WE HAVE ALREADY DISCONNECTED OUR BROADBAND CONNECTION BY A WRITTEN LETTER TO BSNL BROADBAND DEPT. AT TELEPHONE BHAVAN AS THEY HAD SENT US THE UNEXPECTED FIGURE OF TELEPHONE BILL. AFTER GIVING A LETTER TO THE DEPT. REP. HAVE COME TO OUR OFF.FOR CHECK-UP & THEY COULD NOT SOLVED THE PROB. AND THEY DISCONNECTED OUR LINE. NOW WE HAVE BEEN RECD. THE TELEPHONE BILL EACH AND EVERY MONTH AS WE ARE NOT IN USE THE CONNECTION SINCE LAST 4 MONTHS. my bills for the landline no. 26544157 for the months Oct-Nov has come out to be 956/-. i want it to be revised, as the usage is not comparable to the bills. i request you to please review the bill.
Negligency and mistakes there by may lead to endanger life of a Hemiparisis Disabled old patient. Every one should be careful before dealing such cases.

With respect I like to bring to your kind attention to my bill for the month of October 2008 wherein you have shown free units 50 instead of 175 and charged monthly fixed charge of Rs.180 therefore please look into the matter and do the needful adjustment in my next bill.
