Caller Tune — unresponsive customer care officer.

Dear sir,
i am a great lover of aircel.but nowadays i hate aircel behalf o[censored]nwanted charges.first time they took 40 rupees and said that for your gprs download.but i didn't do that download.second time they take 15 rupees for same reason.but today they take 16 rupees and they said this is for your callertune.i didn't ask them for activation of dialer tunes.so i call customer care center but they didn't response for my words and cut my call in half way.so please take necessary action against the customer care officer.
