[Resolved]  Canara Bank & HDFC Bank Bank — Improper third party transfer

I have transfered rs 2000 from my hdfc bank (Bhandarkar road branch) net banking to canara bank (Shrigonda branch, ahamadnagar) on my mothers account through neft. Firstly when i add beneficiary in hdfc bank then they have taken a time to enable benificiary but they have enabled canara bank account. And after that i enquired in canara bank then they have told me that they don't have facility of neft and rtgs. And they have suggested me to claim in hdfc bank and how they had activate benficiary if it is not proper. After that i called to hdfc bank and customer care has told me your money has been transfered to canara and now we can't do anything. So these banks are increasing my exercise. Can you help me to get my money back?

HDFC & CANARA BANK — Canara Bank not received any money by HDFC NEFT Method

D/Sir,
I have transferred Rs 3500/- by net banking NEFT HDFC Bank(A/C No [protected]& Customer ID[protected], on dated 21.12.2008 in CANARA Bank Dharuhera Account No[protected], but till date they have not received this amount, transaction ID is HD[protected], pl resolve this problem as soon as possible, because my loan cheque is pending from Canara Bank due to this incident.
