Cantroy career guidance Pvt Ltd currently located (May be for another few months to year) in Kochin /Ernakulam of kerala is a purely a fraud company cheating and playing with students careers by promising(Orally) 100% placement assistance after the completion of course. They have also cheated many people in Calicut area with some other name. I suggest all parents and students to personally check their Pvt Ltd Documents, check in local police station and check for the same institution(not with this name) which have cheated people in calicut Police station and through direct public, IT returns all certifications, accreditation from Indian Governing bodies, they pretend be IAO and sole partners of Digital sea Pvt Ltd but there is no company in the world called Digital sea they have created the website (which is currently not working and am sure it will start working after this comment) all certifications and recognizations they have are completely fake.

It is very much possible to cheat people by showing some pics and adding some videos into the website. However no student need a certificate course which cost in lakhs and which neither have any recognization nor placement assurance.
No Specialized diploma or degree is required to work in cruise or to become a cabin crew member, a Hotel Management degree or diploma from a UGC recognized university and university recognized institution and any of the 4 modules of STCW (Provided in many parts of India) is very much enough to work in cruise, not a certificate from an self governing body which can awards marks by giving negative (Correct answer +1, wrong answer -1) marks according to their situation & comfort and make the students disqualify for the placements.
I will suggest you all my dear Cruise & cabin crew aspirants you can get this certificates from any universities in India which provide HM Degrees and Diplomas at very very cheaper fees but not to get into the traps of the Frauds Like Cantroy Careers.

My name is k Prashanth i am a Bsc graduate in hotel management and Catering Technology, on reference of Paramount Services i have joined cantroy Institution.
I have paid 1, 26, 845 for training and i have spoke to concerned person (I will tell his name later) he said that Vice president of Royal carribean cruises and General manager of Star cruises are his friends they know him personally so he can placement me in only after my course of 6 months of which 2 months will be theory classes Hostel facility will be given for 2 months and it will be of international standard. and rest of 4 months he will be sending me to internship in Star properties any where in India.
I have joined the course by paying the fees of 25, 000 initially and i have promised them that i will pay in 1 month and they have agreed for the same,
I have given accommodation in a compacted room and have not given any pillow the room is unhygienic and not clean no action was taken on my repeated request in return i was told that you need to prepare your self for cruise jobs and they will not give you so comfortable rooms for accommodation and this will be a good practice to me. The food quality was really poor i as a HM candidate i can easily understand the quality of ingredients and Vegetables (they all were on throw away quality) added in preparation of food.
I have remained that they have promised me a hostel of international standard. However in a couple of days 4 more people joined me in the room.
After a couple of weeks they have have started torturing me for fees, they kept on calling to my parents as they are not very much educated and could not speak english my father took loan on agriculture land and deposited 1 lakhs rupees. after a couple of weeks they have started sending me out of the classes only for 1845 rupees initially i was confused but later i understood and paid that amount.
only 1 class was taken per day, the course was prolonged for days and after 45 dyas they have sent us to STCWA Course with a big institution, faculty in the institution was amazed to hear that we are doing cruise ship diploma as this was not offered by any University or Institution in the world. we told them that we are from cantroy careers located in kadvantra, they said they never heard any such name in Kochin before.
However after two months passed after two months actual classes started and in four days about 4 chapters were completed classes were about 8 hours per day and only 2 instructures (Before joining they said 6 sigma certified faculty and single for each module), on fourth day we were informed that there will be test in 4 days, we have appeared the test and we aere happy that we have done really dome well.
But on result we have found that only 1 guy got passed by scoring border marks, we have been awarded negetive marks for handwriting, spelling mistakes in french. though we wrote every thing correct we could get only 10, 20 marks out of 100. We have informed that as we got failed marks no intership will be provided and we have to leave to our home in another couple of days.
I have approached paramount Services the concerned person now placed me in i Cruise company from his contacts and clients only because i have joined the course with his reference, i will be joining very soon. i feel lucky that some how i could utilize the money i have spent, Paramount is much better and loyal to its candidates unlike the frauds and cheats like Cantroy.
I request government authorities if they see this message please take strict action against them and leave them in a condition so that they will never cheat people again as they did in Calicut (Cantroy Officeboy told).

Money minters in the name of Education.. Pls ask them for tie ups with company if they claim 100% placement. There are students who have taken loans & have mortgage their properties to get admissions and have committed suicide because of these .
Why the hell on earth are you playing with people's career. You don't have any rights for it. Would be putting candidates posts very soon on the same. How people are misguided and harassed. Candidates who have appeared for the last examinations have yet not got any results forget about internships and placement.

You can check with Vitriss Management, Sarathi International & Career Connexon who have got the email proofs. Other agencies involved too can prove that. When i went to these agencies they said they have now stopped promoting Cantroy and said it was their mistake that they promoted before, as they were given wrong commitments.
Cantroy has not even paid their commission. It has just nibbled the entire amount. Cantroy says it has best of teachers, guyz just go there and find out there are just 2 teachers who too are not qualified for Cruise Program training. Cantroy runs the online U.K Program which hardly costs 12k for which he is charging 1.5 + lacs.
The new professor Deepak who is acting too smart was also a Cabin Crew Candidate, unfortunately they couldn't place him and he is appointed as a lecturer. Pls find out if you feel what i am saying is wrong.
Kindly get in touch with the past students through agencies they can give you better proofs. Unfortunately even after knowing all this agencies like Seven Seas, Seas to Sky etc is still promoting these courses. Kindly beware.

Just laugh at the joke Mr Deepak cracked on himself, he is also among the students who got cheated by cantroy and he now joined the same institution just hoping that they would place him some where or he gets his money back.
If you are Deepak i would suggest you that you better go and do some good work instead of supporting that bloody cheats, anyways their journey comes to end very soon and they will end their rest of life behind the bars.

May be he was just a local cook for his wife. Anyways lets come back to the topic. So cantroy, yes they are fraud, not at all affliated or whatever to any good universities or colleges. And pls dont fall for their words about international jobs after that stupid course. Well now days the institute is closed i think. And they most probably have ran away from ernakulam.
