[Resolved]  CAR LOAN — BETRAYAL IN SCHEDULING OF MY LOAN TENOR

I HAD TAKEN A CAR LOAN FROM RELIANCE CONSUMER FINANCE ABOUT THREE MONTHS BACK, MY CONDITIONS WERE THAT I NEEDED THE LOAN FOR A TENOR NOT LESS THAN FIVE YEARS, ONLY IN THAT CONDITION I WENT IN FOR TO TAKE A LOAN WITH RELIANCE. THIS WAS PROMISED BY THE AGENT WHO HAD PROCESSED MY LOAN APPLICATION. ONCE MY CAR WAS DELIVERED AND I RECEIVED THE AGREEMENT FROM RELIANCE, IT STATED THAT THE TENOR WAS FOR THREE YEARS AND MY emi WAS MORE THAT RS 16OOO. I IMMEDIATELY SPOKE TO THE RELIANCE PEOPLE AND ALSO SEND A WRITTEN COMPLAINT TO BOT THE REGIONAL OFFICE AND AS WELL AS TOTHE HEAD OFFICE, BUT I HAVENT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM THEM.I TRIED CONTACTING THE LOCAL BRANCH BUT EVEN THERE NOBODY SEEMS TO APPRECIATE MY CALL AND HELP ME OUT. I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY THIS EMI AMOUNT SINCE IT IS TOO HIGH FOR MY COMMITMENT. I REQUEST SOME ACTION TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM AND MY LOAN TENOR BE RESCHEDULED.IF THEY HAD TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT PROCESS ME FOR FIVE YEARS, I WOULD HAVE OPTED FORSOME OTHER BANK. NOW I AM REALLY STUCK WITH THEM, I AM ALSO NOT ABLE TO PAY THR EMI, IHAVE ALREADY NOT PAID FOR THIS MONTH TOO. RELIANCE BRANCH MANAGERS SEEN TO HAVE A VERY POOR WAY IN RESPONDING TO THE CUSTOMERS QUERY, THEYLITERALLY DONT ANSWER OUR PHONE CALLS.I REQUEST TO DO SOMETHING TO MAKE SURE THAT MY LOAN TENOR IS BEEN RESCHEDULED, OR ELSE I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY THE emI AMOUNT.
