Sir,
I had selected Caravan Packers n Movers (Vishwanand Logistics) for household goods transport from Mumbai to Bangalore, Consignment Number: 11478. The goods movement was started on 18th May 2010. The truck transporting the goods met with an accident on 21st May 2010 (FIR copy attached) and many of my goods got damaged (Damage Certificate attached).
The owners of Caravan Packers n Movers, Mr. Anuj Jain, were very arrogant and did not respond to any communications. We were directed to Mr. Sameer from Angel Insurance for claim process who did not help us in any single matter. This in turn led to delay of entire insurance claim filing process.
I would like to post a complaint against Caravan Packers n Movers for damaging goods in truck accident & sending incomplete documentation and not assissting in insurance claims process.

Caravan Packers N Movers — Refund of damaged household articles insurance money
Dear Sir,I had shifted my house hold items consisting 112 packages on 03/11/2008 from Pune to Hyderabad thru CARAVAN Packers N Movers of the company of CARAVAN Roadways Ltd my luggage was transported by truck No KA39/6659. On reaching here one package containing an ornamental side table costing was totally broken cost was 6000/=which was purchased by me on17 Feb2008 original bills we still have . The luggage was under insurance by CARAVAN Packers N movers the consignment Note 517327.The agent who came to deliver the luggage assured me they will refund the amount Driver was willing to refund as he stated the package fell down due to his fault , the local Hyderabad agent stated they will pay.I demanded rs5500/. Most surprising is with the packers they take sign on the papers with a plea to complete the papers enter the insured items cost as per their choice.100 call were made to Mr Balaji the Pune agent & head office Delhi Mr Mathew . All had promised to refund the amount but Till now nothing has happened this company is a big cheating organisation. I will be greatfull if some thin can be done.Regards.
