Sir,
I had selected Caravan Packers n Movers (Vishwanand Logistics) for household goods transport from Mumbai to Bangalore, Consignment Number: 11478. The goods movement was started on 18th May 2010. The truck transporting the goods met with an accident on 21st May 2010 (FIR copy attached) and many of my goods got damaged (Damage Certificate attached).

I, Dr.ankur ahuja, had availed services of Caravan packers n movers for household shifting friom New delhi to Chandigarh on 3/5/09 on payment of Rs.14500 at onset and rest RS.4840 was paid even before unloading of our goods on 4/5/09.this included 2% comprehensive insurance (insured amount -Rs 217000).Packing done was not as promised by their marketing officer, Mr. chauhan and as mentione in their booklet.we brought this into their notice.br...

False promises and damaged goods
'Caravan Packers and Movers' is an ISO 9001 certified and IBA approved logistics company claims their website but I have an email from IBA saying that Caravan Packers N Movers (India) is not IBA approved.
