Dear Ma'am / Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I had registered my car with the portal "CARWALE.com" for sale, The details of the vehicle are as follows; Regist. No.: DL 9 C C 2020. Year of Manufac.: Aug, 2000. Model / Make: Hyundai Accent GLS. Name of Owner: Nitin Sharma. Dated : 22/09/2009. Amount: Rs. 750.00 Invoice Details: BIL/[protected]/CARWALE/IND-AWO-2008. The amount was taken from me online but the car has been sold by me on my own and to one of my personal contacts but still the money has not been reimbursed to me. I have been following up with the staff of the company but to no convincing reverts as to date, Request you to kindly have the needful done on the matter. You had listed your car on 21-Sep-2009 and made payment on 22-Sep-09. According to the refund terms and conditions then (conveyed on the website as well on phone), the listing validity was 90 days that expired on 22nd Dec 2010 and to be eligible for refund you need to call us before 22nd of January 2010 (within 30 days of listing expiry). And As per our record you have called in the month of March 2010 for refund.
Customer satisfaction is our primary objective and we go to any extent to fulfill it. We often come across cases wherein sellers sell cars through CarWale but still claim the refund If you were late by 10-15 days in claiming the refund, we would have relaxed our terms and provided you with the refund but three months is a long time to realize that CarWale could not sell your car. We are extremely sorry for inform you that the refund cannot be made in your case.
We would love to clarify any doubt/query you may have. We hope you understand.
