I found a car through your website, the website gave the contact number of your franchise in Lajapt Nagar. We checked the car and as we are satisfied with the condition of the car we negotiated and fixed the price.
Very soon the same car appears on your website with a higher price!
When I saw the ad first time it was showing 5.95Lakhs, now it is showing 6.45 Lakhs and there is an inspection report with today's date!! All details in the inspection report is exactly same. How do I trust the dealer and the inspection report?
Also how does carwale and me (the buyer) connect and get the assured 1year insurance etc.? following is the link for the new ad!

Purchased abSure car from carwale.odo reading 43600. After 3months oil in radiator problem.taken to carwale workshop in ahmedabad.forst told cylinder gasket is damaged. Rs 8000 cost will be covered by carwale remaining rs 10000 o have to pay.i agreed. Then was told gasket is fine, oil cooler is damaged and Rs 21000 I have to pay. I denied. On contacting hyundai found out car odometer has been tampered with as last reading was 88000km. ABSURE cars give guarantee of tsmper proof.but that is not the case. Have proof from hyundai confirming 88000 km.

Purchased venue car having km 42359 from abSure carwale in gujarat.after 650 km in 3months got problem with oil in radiator. Contacted carwale and car was taken to service centre in ahmedabad. First was told cylinder gasket is damaged and carwale will cover 8000rs for repairs and I have to pay rs10000. I agreed. Then later was told cylinder gasket is good and oil cooler is problem and full repair cost I have to pay of rs 21000. I contact hyundai service station and they have confirmed the car odometer has been tampered as last service done at hyundai shows 88000km running. I am not happy with carwale as this was abSure care which guarantees odometer reading.if I knew car had 88000km I would have not purchased it. And carwale claims department is not ready to take any responsibility.

They took my 11, 000 and refused to return it. Don't be their next victim – don't use carwale.com! I'm taking them to court unless they return my money.

I saw one advertisement for Maruti Wagon R on carwale app and then i got the whatsapp details and seller details, I asked him for pictures of car, RC and his adhar. He forwaded to me on whatsapp ad then we called him, he said his car is in indore and he is living in delhi. So we told him to transfer the car in delhi and he said that ok he will ask the rro and confirm and then he asked for 5100 for transporation charge and he forwaded some photos as well and then he send the receipt for transaction using some Government mail post service and he also send screenshot will proper details . and then later he askd for 11000 rupees as a gst

Had a shocking experience over purchase of a used car posted by a person called Md. Ibrahim, claiming to be a CIFS commando working with Army Postal Service at Bagdogra airport, Siliguri. The car no is WB02AJ9582, a 2016 Wagon R. He is having 2 smart cards. one is faulty other is okay when checked in Vahan portal. First he tries with the faulty one and if challenged he will submit the correct one. Also National Crime Bureau records is clean. He operates with two mobile numbers at different times. i saw both them on Carwale seller's post. One number is [protected], other number is [protected].
Be ware of this post. I had already paid Rs 2, 08, 751 in place of the agreed price of 1, 50, 000. Still this car was not delivered and has been once again put up in Carwale site for sale. It is a organised crime. So everyone should stay away from building any interest for this car. Carwale should not only delete the post but should also inform their competitors not to allow entry of such social evils and save someone from being a victim

I found a car on carwale app and I liked it o reached out to the seller, he said he will deliver the car to my permanent address and asked for my personal information, my adhar card, I gave him my personal information and he demanded some delivery charges when I paid him the delivery changes 6100 rupees through my google pay account, he demanded for more money for clearance, I paid him 16500 rupees again . but later he refused to refund my money and there was no delivery of the promised vehicle.

This is draw your kind attention that carwale.com has listed fraud dealers with it - autolink solution is the dealer who is a fraud and extracts money from you and then stop responding. Never expected such a fraud from carwale... I have been chasing the sub dealer but no resolution. And to our surpise this dealer is not a new car dealer but a broker and crwale is putting up misleading info

The amount was taken from me online but the car has been sold by me on my own and to one of my personal contacts but still the money has not been reimbursed to me. Sir / Madam,

I have been called personally by the officers of the Carwale.com site and have been assured that if I load the details of my car on the site, the same will be sold WITHIN PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS [90 DAYS].

For that assurance that they were giving, i was asked to deposit an AMOUNT OF RS. 750/- in their account. Since I was out of station, i could not deposit the same for 3 days and on all 3 days, I reeived a call from the company office at Mumbai asking me to deposit and assuring me that my car will be sold in 3 months or the money will be refunded.

On returning to town, I have deposited the money way back in November 2008. The 90 days completes in Feb.09. That we are in May 2009 and till date instead of their refunding the amount, since my car could not be sold, inspite of it being listed, they are not now refunding the amount.

By profession I am a lawyer practising with the Gujarat High Court and going to Consumer Court is not that hard for me. However I have come to know about your site to solve such problems directly and amicably.

You are therefore requested to do the needful in the aforesaid matter and inform me as to what am I suppose to do now ?
