I made a booking on 25th Dec '23 in Lodha Palava Casa Olivia for a 3 BHK by paying a booking amount of INR 99, 000/-. Since it was not a feasible option, I cancelled the booking on 28th Dec '23 by informing their sales agent Mr. Vivek Singh.

Lodha crown Taloja, Violet C wing door loud alarm noise coming 20 hrs every day!! The door is having some problem and makes loud beeping noise continuously.
