We had booked a plot at HAOBL Anjarle project and paid a total booking amount of 1 lac in May 2023. Subsequently, due to change in personal situation we withdrew the booking on 1 July and submitted all the required paperwork for withdrawal on 14 July. They promised to process the refund in 45 days and it’s been 4.5 months and I am still writing them emails every week.
They respond saying we will look into it on priority but nothing has happened so far.
It’s really frustrating!

    Refund for booking amount

    I booked a unit in lodha codename premier(504, casa fiora B), my CRN number is CRN2233126, at the time of booking I had informed the financial person that my Cibil score is 684 and showed him my current obligations and informed him that I'm planning to sell my existing property but not sure when will I get the buyer.     At the time booking they offer two scheme but not they are not following and Credited the amount. only telling wrong story.

    I received a call from Aayushi Singh from Lodha Customer Experience Team and she dont know the background and saying that dont have data. Sometime she say we will share Ledge balance with till now no response and no calls

    Chasings with Lodha since last month but there were no reply.

    I Need Immediate response on this otherwise I will choose other platform also to highlight till the my issue not resolve.

      Excessive fees beyond what was stipulated in the registered agreement.

      Dear Sir,

      I recently purchased an under-construction flat C204, Serenity, Lodha Palava Phase 2, Dombivali. According to the registered agreement dated March 2023, the CAM charges were specified at Rs. 1, 17, 126/-, City Linked Utility Charges at Rs. 20, 822/- for a duration of 18 months. However, in the current demand letter, Lodha is requesting a payment of Rs. 169, 182.00.

      Newly brought flat bedroom door quality is poor cracked some portion at handle side inner material is showing its very poor quality. We requested to HPM team replace the door but they do not ready to change it. They are saying it's chargeable how can it chargeble newly fitted door is poor quality then it's responsibility of builder change it.

        We purchased a flat in crown Taloja, but in a year it's bedroom door get cracked some portion at handle . We contacted HPM team but they didn't respond it . Lodha Team said it's chargeable. We paid all the amount of flat and we received bad material door.

        We called for help HPM team they denied to see the problem, even door lock keys are also given wrong. Lodha 's service is poor. They only wants money and giving poor quality service to the constumer.

          I have booked a flat in Lodha Crown Dombivali and paid the BA1 and BA2 amount of Rupees 1, 79, 886
          now i want to cancel the booking due to critical family condition, but lodha is denying to refund the amount. They are giving me the voucher which is useless and can be only used for booking of Lodha Projects.
          I have not done yet registration also, still they are denying to give the refund.

            On 10 July, I had complained about commode leakage coming from the above flat through the ceiling into my flat. The maintenance team from PCMA after checking said they would do the waterproofing for the floor above. Till 21st August ( today ) the work has not started. All follow up to their 311 call centre are futile with no proper updates.
            All request for an escalation matrix or request to speak to senior management is flatly refused. Lodha just does have concept of escalation matrix and no one from senior management bothers look into your complaint. You are left to the mercy of 311 call center.

              I keep getting minimum 6 calls every day from Lodha group despite the fact that I have not subscribed to the calls and have never shared my number with Lodha group. I have told the sales guys not to call me and keep chasing me as I keep important calls throughout the day and these promotional calls are absolute nuisance in every sense

              This is infringement of my privacy without my permission. Very annoying and cheap behaviour from Lodha. STOP CALLING ME

                RM are more interested to book deal with channel partner. They purposely discourage client quoting incorrect figures so that client will think they are ineligible to apply loan and leave property. Person involved are Ms Anuja lodha mulund east site RM, loan facilitator of lodha.

                  My Krishnakumar of lodha mulund site refused to put my request to seniors and also mentioned i[censored] don't have 20 lacs u can see properties in Thane.

                  Even after mentioning that his behavior is insulting. He continued and didn't allow me to speak.

                    I have been receiving unsolicited sales calls from Lodha group for their various housing projects. I am getting at least 4/5 calls each day and it’s quite frustrating.

                      Hi Team,

                      Still leakage issue not solved yet for my flat.
                      It's increased as compared to previous.

                      Also, civil and HPM team fails multiple times to solve the problem.

                      Also, HPM team not receiving call at all and closed previous ticket without solving issue.

                      Hence, I have raised new ticket on believe app with Ticket ID: 10002897

                      Can you please escalate this issue on higher management level, as I am getting these issues from the date of possession

                        Dear Sir,

                        I recently bought a resale Flat K1101, CASA Uno CHS, Lodha Palava Phase 2, Khoni, Dombivali.
                        When we applied for Lodha NOC, they have asked to pay advance CAM charges. We were unaware of these charges so asked for time.
                        In April 23 they sent the total calculations for advance 3years CAM charges @ ₹4/sqft which we are ready to pay.
                        But in June 23 suddenly they are asking for 5years advance CAM charges @₹5.15/sqft.
                        This is absolutely unacceptable to us. We are ready to pay CAM charges based on their April mail calculations.
                        Kindly help us in this regards.
