1) ASKING FOR PARKING CHARGES IN 3RD PARTY'S NAME
2) NOT SHOWING AGREEMENT
3) NO STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION
4) NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING OUR LETTER AND USING VERY LOW QUALITY LANGUAGE
5) NOT GIVING ALLOTMENT LETTER OF THE FLAT AND THEY ARE SAYING ALLOTMENT LETTER WILL BE ISSUED ONLY IF PARKING AMOUNT IS PAID AND IT IS ILLEGAL TO PAY FOR PARKING BY SUPREME COURT

I HAVE BOOKED 3BHK FLAT IN CASA RIO OF LODHA DEVELOPERS BUT HAVE BEEN TAKEN FOR GRANTED SINCE ABOVE 4 IMPORTANT POINTS VERVBALLY THEY SAID POSSESSION IN 2 YRS BUT IT SEEMS IT TOBE IMPOSSIBLE .

LIKE ME THERE ARE MANY .KINDLY CONTACT ME TO FORM A GROUP AND DO A PIL AGAINST SUCH ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES OF BUILDERS

Here is the latest and the greatest. They are now saying that they would send out a fresh intimation letter to all the customers with a revised basic cost which will now include the parking chreges of 1.08 lakhs. Earlier, they had been asking it through 3rd party's name. After we acknowledge this intimation letter, they would be sending out the allotment letter.
But, the basic question still remains the same that if Supreme court has found it illegal to ask for the parking charges, why are they still asking for it. Wait a minute, so this is the reason that they are including this in our property cost. Awesome, what a ploy to fetch money from customer in one form or another.

Hi,

I have booked 1 bhk flat in CASA RIO in May 2010 (delayed by 2 yrs as per agreement), Still waiting for possession. To make down payment of this flat i have sold my old home.Currently staying in rented home. I don't have sufficient monthly income and find it difficult to pay monthly EMI and home rent as well. I am fed up of this tension and in a situation to commit suicide now..
