This is the live examples of cheat builders who make agreement in his own favours and charge interest 18% on delayed payment whereas reserve the right to hold for 1 year over and above the committed period.

Friends lets unite and take the help of NGO who can really raise the voice and put such builder behind the bars...

casa — relaving letter

with due respect, I am shaikh abdul waheed.i was working as CONTRACT SALES EXECUTIVE(CSE) in jalna barnch) aurangabad from[protected]to 4-07-09. my employee code was CS21468 i will resingn my job in july 2009 my SM ulaas patil accept my resingnation but in system APPCONT see but plz end me relaving letter
yes, now they are not even allowing to let us visit the site to see the progress. They have asked to pay for stamp duty registration within 10 days. They have been delaying the agreement from their side and now suddenly want the customers to pay for stamp duty immediately. They have already taken 10% of amount after initial booking and I don't see the progress. Does anyone know if there is any progress made in construction.

Also, Lodha is asking for MVAT to be issued on their name and not in the name of government body??
I completely agree. I have been trying to someone at the customer care since 1 month, and absolutely no reply. The MVAT charges were never added earlier? then why now? and why is this given to the builders name?
I wont to withdraw off my flat, and want Lodha to pay me back my money as of todays rate, along with the interest till date.

I agree to that, I have booked a flat and have Got the registry also in my case now the SBI Bank has declined to provide the loan stating the property is in a litigation now i need to start this a freash and apply to HDFC or ICICI bank, Its Lodha's Fault and they want us to pay them inetrest for late payment.
It was observed the LODHA are purposely delaying the submission of the document require by the banks and charge customer of late payments. They are not taking any responsibilty to submit the documents to bank. On contacting Customer Care Department, they says that its customer's responsibility to get payment release from the bank and submitting all documents to bank. I don't understand the logic behind this, how customer is responsible for the documents required from builder.

casa — regarding pb

i m a a/c holder of hdfc and i know well this serve its custmr but there are so many forms which are not proced same day. i got my a/c no in ten days .as per hdfc rules i should have got my a/c no in just 4 days but it was not present in performence.


this is my humble requst to plz take any action to avoid this and make sure that a custmer must get his a/c no in 4 or hardly in 5 days.

I have booked a flat in oct 2012 and told by sales and marketing team of Lodha that demand for plinth will only come in the month of May 2013. Accordingly I was making arrangement for money. The demand was raised in the month of March 2013 and I am charged penalty with rate of 18 %. This is totally unfair and voice should b raised against this.
I have booked the flat in Giardino, in casa Rio by Lodha at Dombiwalli. Please suggest how to raise voice against builder charging undue penalty at the rate of 18 %.
