Horrible experience with castle packers and movers If you are reading this then you may not have to face the horrible experience i went through. I had a bad experience with the services from castle packers and movers. I was shifting to Bangalore and I gave my Bike and some bags to castle on 23 feb. They promised to deliver within a week. I called them (their mobile number [protected]) on 3rd march as I had no communication from their side for the 8 days. The guy said it will reach in 2 days. So i called after 2 days again he said it will reach in 2 days as the truck is stuck up due to heavy rains. This went on for some time and finally I was frustrated. Thats when I looked up net specifically for castle packers and movers and somewhere on 3rd or 4th page on google I found some blogs that had complains about premiers fraud. I called up 2 guys on those blogs who went through similar ordeal and came to know that this fellow does not have a truck of his own, he loads stuff in someone else's truck and unless he has a truck full of load he wont send it. I shouted at him and finally he gave me the truck owners number. Then I came to know that my stuff was handed over to him on 24th and the truck left Delhi on 25th. Next shock I got when I came to know that the stuff will not be delivered at home, it has to be picked from the godown which was outside the city. This is when castle fellow just stopped picking up my calls. Finally I had no choice and had to pick up my stuff from godown, which reached there on 30th (a full month late). The godown was about 60km from my place in the city. My bike was in pretty bad condition (i wish i could upload pics here). Few parts broken and I am not talking about delicate parts like mirrors or headlight, these were pretty solid stuff. Moreover my Rs. 800 worth of helmet was missing. And again castle wasnt willing to take my complain. Transport fellow says he delivered what he received and I just couldnt argue with him. hi i am monu singh i want to shifting from pune to mumbai and i am shifting the house hold from castle packers and movers and i took a mobile no from bangalore office it was a good packing they came in time the packers are coperated very well with us they wrapped with film roll water proofing they packed the fridge with wooden crating and thermcoal nothing got damged of house hold article the truck came in time the house hold reached safely nothing got mischief from castle packers the house is perfect really we will appricet castle packers & movers may get good packing to help the customers we are very happy with them

my name is jai singh desai recantly we have shifted the office from hyderbad to bangalore from castle we took the no from bangalore office the hyderbad office people came to vists the office to give the quotation the quotation was resonable we are satisfied with the quotation we have shifted trough with them they packed computer fax machines printers mointes they were packed by film roll wooden crate to the computers by water proffing by thermcoal the packing were supported very good we made the payment in bangalore itself after getting the office article so please coperat castle packers & movers we are very happy with there service thanks once to castle packers and movers to all the people

hi my name is devesh i am from up we have shifted the house hold article & car from bangalore to lucknow through castle packers & movers the packing people were coperated very good with us they came in time the packing was good all the packing was done by film roll & it as reached in time the house hold was safe my wagonar car was also safe it has through car carriers we are very happy with castle packers & movers it is very good service.
One interesting thing I noticed is that after first two or three complaints people like rahul22223121, arun 123, shalini12 and few others are commented very good reviews about the mentioned packers and that is also twice but strangely with two different names using the same login ID. Stupid fellows donot even checked twice that their IDs are same when they use different names :). It clearly shows that they are actually from the same packers and movers group. It is good to see that they desperately tried to save the image but it is a much more better option for them to provide a good support to the customers and earn their faith instead of putting labours in these stupid advertisement and telling lies.
i am himashu i am shifting the house hold article from bangalore to delhi through castle packers & movers i took the quotation through my mail id i was satisfied with them with the quotation i told them to pack my house hold article with thin 3 to 4.hour because i am getting my flight late so the packing were coperated very good with us the packing was good they done the packing by thermcoal film roll cargo sheet air bubble it has reach in time to delhi i was very happy with castle packers & mover.

Yes I assert having horrible experience with Castle Packers and Movers. It seems that they are themselves posting all the good comments and making false statements about the service quality and packing. I had a bitter experience with them and would like to warn everyone not to use their services. We were shifting from Shantinagar to Marathalli and he promised to give a closed vehicle for moving our household articles but to my utter surprise he sent an open vehicle ( almost an auto) and also didnt pack the goods properly. My fridge got damaged and please dont trust the words spoken by the contact person.

It was really a bad experince that, initially they told the amount is 9000/-, after packing everything the packed guy made the bill of 16700/-. Reason is 4 boxex extra + Service Tax + Insurance + Toll charge + ... I paid 16700/- They made the delivery 2 days late than what they promised. The final and horrible thing is While delivering, In delivering vehicle only driver and cleaner was there, they are not ready to unload it. They told me, we have to unload it, they are belongs to different transport and not belongs to Castle. I called the Castle packers guy from bangalore, and gave the phone to the driver afterh their conversation driver has given the mobie to me, further the castle guy said the driver accepted to unload then I cut the call. But the driver said I am not responsibel you have to unload, The local union guys will chagrge fine. Again I called Castle again with the driver, ...
Finally I unloaded myself with the help of driver (Because I accepted to give him 300/- so that he helped), I mean only unloaded near to the gate of my house not unpacking :-(

I used their service few months back. They broke my bed. One guy was drunk, I guess. I could smell that. One used the toilet. First they tell a low amount then they will increase it at time of payment. For sure try some service but not his.
