Hi All,
I got the very bad experience from castle packers and movers which is located in Bangalore.The service is very bad they are not delivery the good with in time. And they not talk to the customer very badly and response is very bad.
Gusy please do not go with CASTLE PACKERS AND MOVERS.

I am Jagadeesh, I also faced horrible experience with Castel packers and movers. I contacted them because they have good rating shown in google. But later i come to know that it's a big mistake that i have done.
They first agreed for 14000 rupees for shifting my luggage and i agreed for and gave my luggage to them.
Later they started mentioning one after another charge.. they have counted my luggage which is very less but they told that they need 6000 rupees extra amount for that. Later i shouted at them and at last agreed 17500 as full payment as i have given my luggage to them. Later while delivering they are asking for 3000+6000 rupees etc. to deliver them.. I had very tough time with them...

As it was mentioned in previous posts, they delivered after 15 days and some of my luggage was missing.
They charged extra amount for my bike once again. At last to give the bill for the amount which i paid they are asking fro 2500 etc.

My luggage and my car swift was picked from Bangalore address on 28th Sept to be delivered to My Ghaziabad address and was promised delivery would be made on 7th day at home and payment would be collected at the time of delivery.

I got a call from Balaji car o carrier that my luggage have been received in Gurgoan and I will have to pay the complete charges to get it released other wise they wont be able to deliverer it.

I traveled 60 kms from my place and paid them entire sum and got my car back and was promised other goods would be delivered in couple of hours today is Monday and still I have not got my luggage.All i have is false promises from your people.

this is one of the few links that i have gone through about complaints against your agency wished i had done before hiring you guys.

These guys are horrible and disgusting. They charged more than market price from me, promising timely and door to door delivery. After getting the money, they asked for 500 Rs more to get the goods delivered to the house, or otherwise I have to collect the items from their go-down. Some Hari from Bangalore office claims to be the 'Owner' and openly challenges to file an FIR. I am contemplating filing a case against these guys. Anyone reading this, please DON'T EVEN THINK OF GOING TO THESE GUYS.

hello i am manish i want to suppose to tell you that i was a good experience i was shifted the house hold article and wagon car from pune to bangalore it was a very good experience with them they packed with cargo sheet air bubble sheet by wooden crate they came in time they were coperted very good with us i was worried my about my glass dinning table it was very criticle but it came safetly to us it has came in time the car its goes by car carriers the car was safetly to my door step in bannerghatta vijay enclave so i think castle packers is very guartted people in castle packers & movers they will help in good service

One interesting thing I noticed is that after first two or three complaints people like rahul22223121, arun 123, shalini12 and few others are commented very good reviews about the mentioned packers and that is also twice but strangely with two different names using the same login ID. Stupid fellows donot even checked twice that their IDs are same when they use different names :). It clearly shows that they are actually from the same packers and movers group. It is good to see that they desperately tried to save the image but it is a much more better option for them to provide a good support to the customers and earn their faith instead of putting labours in these stupid advertisement and telling lies.

Yes I assert having horrible experience with Castle Packers and Movers. It seems that they are themselves posting all the good comments and making false statements about the service quality and packing. I had a bitter experience with them and would like to warn everyone not to use their services. We were shifting from Shantinagar to Marathalli and he promised to give a closed vehicle for moving our household articles but to my utter surprise he sent an open vehicle ( almost an auto) and also didnt pack the goods properly. My fridge got damaged and please dont trust the words spoken by the contact person.

I got moved my house hold things from bangalore to coimbatore. It was really a bad experince that, initially they told the amount is 9000/-, after packing everything the packed guy made the bill of 16700/-. Reason is 4 boxex extra + Service Tax + Insurance + Toll charge + ... I paid 16700/- They made the delivery 2 days late than what they promised. The final and horrible thing is While delivering, In delivering vehicle only driver and cleaner was there, they are not ready to unload it. They told me, we have to unload it, they are belongs to different transport and not belongs to Castle. I called the Castle packers guy from bangalore, and gave the phone to the driver afterh their conversation driver has given the mobie to me, further the castle guy said the driver accepted to unload then I cut the call. But the driver said I am not responsibel you have to unload, The local union guys will chagrge fine. Again I called Castle again with the driver, ...

Finally I unloaded myself with the help of driver (Because I accepted to give him 300/- so that he helped), I mean only unloaded near to the gate of my house not unpacking :-(

After paying 16700/-, I felt really bad about this experience. Just wanted to share this, may be it will give some idea to others. In my lifetime I will not prefer or suggest Castle.;

I used their service few months back. They broke my bed. One guy was drunk, I guess. I could smell that. One used the toilet. First they tell a low amount then they will increase it at time of payment. For sure try some service but not his.
