CBSE New Delhi — Regarding Refund

I applied an online application for AIEEE-2009 for my daughter through HDFC credit card dated 11/12/08 with receipt no.[protected] for the Registration no. 1037105 an amount of Rs. 768.00.
But that time the amounts are deducted from my card two times for the same, after that i sent a application letter for refund according to CBSE rules to ASST SECRETARY CBSE PS 1-2 New Delhi through speed post dated 05/01/09.
But still the amounts are not credited in my account or even i have not got any information from that side for the same, that is the matter of concern for me as well as, so kindly look in this matter and do the needful for refund my amount.
