[Resolved]  CBZ Xtreme — Engine

My self Ravinder Singh . I have purchased CBZ Xtreme on 31/10/2008 whose engine no. is KC12EB8GK02965 & chasis no . is MBLKC12ECBGK02617 . After second service the engine was producing some noise and the whole visor & visor screen was full of scratches .When i told them about the scratches they ensured me to change visor screen but not visor . On 23/01/2009 at 1:30 P.M I went to AUTO NEED SERVICE CENTER, GURGAON to get my bike checked . They checked the bike and told me that TAPED were lose . After checking the bike they handed over bike to me on 23/01/2009 at 4:00 PM . After delivery of my bike from AUTO NEEDS i left for my office . On the way when i just traveled 1 to 2 KM the bike engine stopped working . Then I contacted the service center and told my problem to the Service Manager ( Mr. Sharma ) . After listening to me he disconnected my phone three times . Then after half an hour i contacted the service center again and told service mechenic ( Mr. Vijay ) to pick my bike from my office . He came to my office and checked my bike at my office and told me that the bike have oil problem . I along with the mechenic took my bike to the service center again and after taking the bike the sevice supervisor in presence of the sevice manager ( Mr. Sharma ) made job card of the bike on 23/01/2009 at 6:45 P.M . I told them to check my bike in presence only to the service manager in presence of service supervisor & service mechenic . When i reached the service center on 24/01/2009 at 9:45 A.M the entire bike engine was completely opened without my permission . i was shocked seeing my bike opened . When I asked the service manager ( Mr. Sharma ) about it, he din't gave me the answer about it and told me that we don't need to ask you and shouted on me . i was surprised to see his bad behaviour . He insulted me in front of customers and the employees . When I showed the objection for his behavior he called the police .
SO NOW I AM ASKING HERO HONDA THAT IS THIS THE WAY TO DEAL WITH THE COSTOMERS .
NOW I WOULD LIKE TO CONVEY YOU THAT I WILL NOT TAKE THE BIKE IN THIS CONDITION AND WITHOUT PRESENCE OF APPROPRIETE HERO HONDA AUTHORITY ( OFFICER ) .
