CellOne Postpaid — No signal

My Cellone No. [protected]. I am on Roaming at Bangalore for some time. I am making the regular payment through Bank of India, Koregaon Park. My cell is not getting signal presumably it has been disconnected from your side for the last 1 month and 15 days or also and for no reason without any intimation. I have been put into unexplainable difficulties. 1) I want to know why my connection has been disconnected when I am making regular payment through Bank. 2) When my connection is disconnected why deduct the payments from my Bank. CellOne Postpaid — Non receipt of Deposit amount

Dear Sir

I have surrender post paid cellone bearing mobile No, [protected] vide receipt no.SURRENDER/NGL/[protected]/89198 DATED 17.9.08 at Nanganallur Service Centre.

Inspite of our several reminders over phone, Till today I have not received my deposit amount Rs.1000/- Kindly look into the matter and arrange to release the deposit amount immediatelly
