My name is kalpana mishra, i hava savings account in central bank of india, halol branch, i need balance certificate, but bank dont not have colour letter head and i need certificate on colour letter head. so please guid me what to do and how to do.

I visit your madipur branch in delhi, i met branch manager & qurery of education loan he is not intersed talk with me state forword answer is not provide any education loan
