Sub : Misbehavior of bank clerk lady 35 yrs experience
Dear Sir,
I am a cashier and a Bank account holder. But accidentally I am happens to visit one of your branch at Kadappakkada on 18.04.12 time : 3.02 pm to 3.55 pm
For taking a DD for My exam use.(last date 18.04.12 4.00 pm) Inside the bank full of dust and foul smell and no idea about DD slip and pay in slips. after some minutes I got a ugly slip for my use.I fill and submit it to the counter.
It seems that hanging a board inside the bank which shows a DD will issue with in 8 minutes. After entering the
data of DD I get the counter foil on 3.16pm. as per the board it will take time to take settle my DD 3.16pm + 8 = 3.24pm. But time going and going
nobody inform me that my DD is ready.
I again visit counter for my DD on 3.36pm but the lady cashier named : Mrs.sulaja(doubt,. pls check correct name) took her phone and make private call again and again.no response as a customer for me. All staff shouting and laughing here and there. no once care about the customers. I am asking DD several times to the lady and she shouting against me that" who told you to take DD in our bank. we look after 2 bank transactions, nobody carried you for visit our bank.I have 35 yrs experience in the field. who told you to took DD in the last time. Our bank has only this facility to issue it. If you want, take other wise get out from here."
I am fully shocked and totally disappointed that a nationalized bank like central bank have don't bothers about customer satisfaction. so I request you to take your action regarding the same. that was took into a public complaint regarding the matter

Central Bank Of India — Behavioural Issue of Cashier
Hi,My name is Aman Sahni. I have an saving account with Central Bank Roorkke(Uttarakhand) Branch. I went in Noida Naya Bans branch today to transfer amount to my home branch account. As per latest policy of bank if there is amount of more than 25,000 only then service charges will be applied to however cashier asked me Rs 28 as service charge. Further when i gave him Rs 100 note he speak very rudely and denied to give me change although having change.
