Central Bank Of India — Harassment by bank officials for not providing proper services to the outside account holder. | |||
Dear sir, RBI facilitates Indian nationals to enjoy core banking and deposit amount from anywhere. This is a boon for the poor outstate labour and their family. However Bank offcials are very negligent towards them. Many time they refuse to deposite the amount saying as : 1. Time limit crossed. 2. Staff is not available. 3. Computer server is down. They speak very rudely with the outstate customers. My uncle is an account holder of central bank of india. He was an urgent need of some Rs20000/- twenty thousand sending it became a very hard nut to crack for me. Nagloi branch staff completely denied :-saying No sufficient staff. B-5 Paschim Vihar officials though deposited the amount on very kind request but insulted me very much with rude words. Was this information helpful? | |||
