[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — wrong deduction of money from ATM

Sub: Non receipt of cash from ATM of State Bank Of India under Ballygunge Branch located at Jora Bridge area in Santoshpur, Kol -75
Amount Rs 11, 400/- using Central Bank Maestro / Cirrus debit card no: [protected].

Dear Sir

This is for your kind information that on 16.02.09 (time around 09.00 pm) I have tried to withdraw cash from ATM of State Bank of India situated at Jora Bridge, Santospur, Kolkata 75 which is under State Bank of Inida, Ballygunge Branch Kolkata 19.
I regret to inform for that neither I have received money nor any charge slip was issued from the ATM machine. Only dialogue shown was “ Requested Time Out”.

Thereafter I rushed to nearest ATM of Central Bank of India, Jadavpur, Kolkata 700086 from where I have taken out a mini statement & was surprised to find that the above amount of Rs 11, 400 along with a transaction fee of Rs 20/- (on account of withdrawal from other ATM than Central Bank of India) has been debited form my CBI account No: [protected] of your branch.

Under the above circumstances I requested both the banks involved to credit the aforesaid amount along with the transaction fee to my Central Bank SB A/c no: [protected].

But since then no action have been taken so far & I am suffering from tremendous mental anxiety.
PLEASE HELP.

Central Bank Of India — No response by chennai branch

I have lost my Demand Draft dated 22/12/2008 with Printed Number 10873 and Serial Number 40/160 Payable to National Institute Of Business Mangement.
I have sent various mails to Central bank of India, Chennai branch, but they are not replying anything regarding the details of the DD.
The local ahmedabad branch people also mailed to chennai branch regarding this lost DD but the chennai branch people have not responded anything till now. Its almost 8 months since the DD lost but they dont seem to respond anything regarding it.

We go to Indian Oversis Bank in Salem (dt), Omalur (tk), 636455 at the day of 12/9/09, Satarday.Bank Stafs Said to us today not Possible to open the Account Come Monday What Can We Do ?.

we have try many times regarding ATM Cards and fiil the form but no-bodyresponse from there(ghonda branch)delhi pin no.110053 my saving a/c no.[protected]

i am mukesh verma & we are operating our saving a/c for last ten year. but we are not interested to put the transection in the branch we have a ten saving a/c in the branch. because all bank staff including manager is not cooperative for any banking related work & if i need the cash then we have to suffer and not possible in time. yes if i get on leave then i withdrawl otherwise do not possible. secondle, we have three times fillup the form for ATM Cards last year, we contect time to time but no body response from our ghonda branch. so i request to upper CBI Officer that please change good branch manager & good behavour bank staff also disciplined. a lot of croud every time waiting in que for passbook posting, withdrawls, deposites but all of a/c holders suffers for indiscipline.only one person mr mishra is providing a good service, but they helpless.

but message shows "unable to process"
afterwards mysel[censored]pdated my passbook, i found that Rs.10, 000 deducted from my a/c.

bt still the branch manager mr ADESH KR JAIN is taking it very lightely, he is asking to my father that v have not got a saparet information about that,

the manager of cbi branch jaithari donot give cash from saving AC.he say's that you have to fix 70%money of your AC then i give you cash otherwise you have no optation to take money

I have a SB A/C No. [protected] in HDFC Bank Jind,On Dt. 17/06/2010 when i operate my A/C by using ATM ,i got shocked on seeing that My A/c is showing two withdrawl entries of Rs. 7000/- each on Dated 9/6/2010 & 11/6/2010 respectively,whereas i never withdraw this amount,nor i given my ATM Card to anyone,Even my ATM Card never stolen or misplaced.Someone unknown or Bank is responsible for this withdrawl.I am totally unaware regarding this withdrawl of Rs. 14000/-I have intimated to Jind HDFC Bank & have lodged Police complaint as well as i have reported the matter at HDFC customer care center,Local HDFC Bank officers are totally irresponsible and non co-operative with me,even they are laughing at me,Kindly do needful to trace out the culprit and return my amount opf Rs. 14000/- alongwith compensation as Bank is responsible for all this incident. Kindly investigate the role of HDFC bank Jind officers also.Thanks
