my father taken a loan from central bank of india sakrail branch. now he is death. my mother is bad readen. i want to pay full and final sattelment but thay are froes and egnor us. pls help me my contact number is [protected]. they dont need any coompromiss.

Dear Sir,
Refrence to the above subject, I like to request you that we are awaiting your reply considering our last settlement proposal dated: 28.9.2010 with the help of my octagerian father.
The loan matter came to my knowledge only after the death of my husband but still I am trying to settle the matter with financial help from my father . Moreover, my helth condition is very serious and I am totally bed ridden. This is also to declare that I have no other shelter except this house and also no other source of income. At this moment my father is contributing to run my family who is also very ill.
It may be noted that still I am having my only son unemployed and two sister are to be married off.
The amount offered to you for settlement is to be contributed by my father who is still very sick at this moment and I fear to loose this help in case it is delayed.
In view of the above I earnestly request you to take up our case for immediate settlement with the help of your higher authority if possible with our presence.
My business is closed after the death of my husband on dated[protected]. I have no farther sourse of income to repay the loan. I have no also other property except my dueling house which is under mortgage under bank.
Under this circumstance I want to settle the above loan A/C’s from the help of my old age father by paying to Rs. 5,00,000 (five lac only).Which will be paid to you with in 3 month of sanction of my proposal.
