[Resolved]  Central Govt Employee — rude behaviour of postal staff with customer

R Sir,
It is deeply regretted to state that the behaviour of postal staff with the customers is very rude. I reside at Dahod in freelandgunj colony and there is postal branch in freelandgunj, I do have my saving account in the same branch. On 29th May 2009 I approached the post office at about 2.20 pm for withdrawl where I was informed that the time is over you come tomorrow. On 30th May 2009 I went to post office at 11.30 am for withdrawl, and filled withdrawl of Rs 30, 000, seeing the amount the concerned staff told that at present there is no money you come at about 1.30 pm. My argument was that I had to withdraw the money from post and had to deposit the same in bank so that the same can be withdrawn in other city to deposit my son's fees. Since at that moment required amount was not available with the post, I asked as how much amount they can pay to me, the answer was Rs.20, 000 is available, hence I filled fresh withdrawl of Rs. 20, 000, handed over to clerk and was sitting out side, the talk of the postal staff can be heard outside, the controlling officer was telling the clerk that you should have told him to come next day for withdrawl, "paisa nahi hoi to kyan thi aapwana" and they started laughing and murmering as if customers are baggers. Hearing this I told the contrlling office that your behaviour with customer is unfair, and you are not aware of the condition in he is standing before you, you should be polite.
Sir I have at present Rs 60, 000 in my saving A/C, and in very short period I will withdraw all my amount from post and deposit it in Bank, as when I am not able to get my money in need it is useless to keep it in post.
