[Resolved] Central Govt Employee — Rajdhani/garib Rath Train from Vasco to Delhi | |
R/ Sir I m SK Tiwari working and residing at Vascodagama and home town at Bhopal . Sir only one train ie Goa Exp which runs every day with heavy rush in all seasons from Vasco to Nizamuddin via pune- itarsi . Sir there is no Rajdhani Exp/Garib rath on this heavy rush route. Sir if railway run these two trains on this route so public and railway will be more benefited. Was this information helpful? | |

This is regarding a complaint against senior manager of Central Bank of India(Lawrence Road branch, Amritsar, Punjab) . I just gone there to confirm about the education loan for going abroad but the senior manager (Mr. Wason) was making fun of this query along with other employees. He said take the loan from any other bank.
This kind of behavior is not acceptable by any standards. They are not aware of their actual duties and motive. They are not aware that without customers and their satisfaction they don't exist anywhere. If they keep behaving in the same way, they cannot survive with this anymore.
I would be waiting for a favorable response and strict action against defaulters.
