This is to bring to your attention that there is only 1 slow train from Kalyan to Mumbai CST between 9.10 am to 9.50 am for Mumbai from Dombivli during weekdays. Between 9.10 am to 9.32 am there are no trains, also after 9.32 am there is no train till 9.50 am. The train at 9.32 am is a 9 car train.
As you would be aware, this is the peak time of travel for people from kalyan to mumbai. Only one train during this period means a lot of people cramping into this one local. There are many second class travellers who travel in 1st class in this train resulting in too much cramping. We in 1st class ladies have to hang at the doors & hope that we don't fall off the train. We feel travelling in this local train is very dangerous to our lives. But we have to do so to reach office on time.
I request you to increase a couple of local trains during this time. Or atleast another ladies special at this time. This would help our safety a lot.
Please take a note of this matter seriously & provide a resolution at the earliest.

Central Railways — Delay in train services
The Ladies Special slow train that starts from Kalyan station at 8:03 a.m. invariably reaches late Dombivli station by at least 5-7 minutes almost 3-4 times a week, which causes further delays to the Dombivli local that starts from Dombivli station at 8:14 a.m. This causes a lot of inconvenience to passengers like me as I reach late to my office and am marked late almost 4 days in a week.Please look into the matter at the earliest.
