[Resolved]  Central Railways — Grant of No Objection Certificate

I have applied for No Objection Certificate from Central Railways for construction of my premises at AMRAVATI (Maharashtra) Badnera Road in front of Dussera Maidan in the name of Mrs shubhangi M Pendhari. The application was submitted to CR at Bhusawal on 16the June 2011. Since then officers at Amravati and Akola visited the premises and demanded various papers on number of occasions. The papers were theereafter submitted but the NOC is not issued as yet. Now it is learnt that the papers went to Mr Shivkumar at VT Station who again made some query to Bhusawal. Since 7 monthes are over the project cost of my project is hiked by at least 20% which has unnecessarily put me into a loss of at least 50 lacks.Can any responsible person fine out the reasons as to why and on whose table the file delayed? One officer takes out one query at one time and after satisfaction of it the another query is raised. It is obvious that all the quaries are not raised at a time theereby lot of delay is caused in such a long process. The file moves from Amravati to Akola and to Bhusawal and to Mumbai and again in the same way returns. Pls also stop theis long journey of file if possible. Please take suitable necessary action against the officers who has put the file on their table for unnecessary long time. Hope to get the justice.
