Dear Sir/Madam

My self AMIT KUMAR MISHRA and My PRAN no is[protected]. I didn't received my PRAN Card even after 5 years of my service from 2008.
Although investment detail from[protected] to[protected] has been received but since that no more investment detail received by me. The detail of investment detail is attached for ready reference.
It is requested you please provide me my PRAN card and investment details as early as possible.

sir, i have enrolled my policy[protected]for paying the premium amount through online. In this connection I sent a enrollment form duly filled to my lic office i.e., lic alathur, kerala. but till date the outstanding amount is not shown in my login id. therefore it is requested that all outstanding amounts including loan amount may please be shown in my id, so that i can pay all the outstanding amount immediately.
