[protected] is my acknowledgment number. I tried to track my pan application which was submitted on[protected], I entered my acknowledgment number and captcha but it is showing an Invalid acknowledgment number. Please look into the issue does this mean my application has errors or is rejected? Do I need to fill in the new one?

    Hi Team,

    I was in the process of registering for nps account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then i tried to make payment but got stuck at payment gateway. Now i am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but i am getting following error from couple of hours.

    "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime."

      I have applied for new pan card on 26/3/2023 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number. N- [protected]
      But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

        When I go to correct my mom's pan card, it shows something like that. But my mother's aadhar card has been updated 2 months before.
        please help me to change my mom's pan card's detail.
        and resolve my problem.

          I have applied for pan card correction online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through upi on[protected]. But i haven't received the otp at last verification step and given 10 minutes was over.
          Please suggest what should i do as payment already deducted to my account and now its showing make your pan card physically.
          i have strong disagreement with the NSDL system portal, it has lot of bugs, error problems and non generation of OTP issues, now because of this, we have to suffer a lot.

            I have applied for PAN correction as my date of birth mismatches from my PAN when compared to my Aadhaar, So I need to correct my PAN date of birth. I have completed the payment process also, But while authenticating aadhaar I get an Error as "we are unable to proceed with your online pan application due to following reason: mismatch in any one or more of the following fields as per pan application with the details available in uidai database....

              I have applied for duplicate pan card through nsdl website after some days i received a mail that (With regard to verification of your abovementioned application and PAN application documents, we would like to inform you that the documents received on March 16, 2023, are found to be in order during preliminary verification.) But still it is showing that your application is under process. Pls dispatch asap.

                    I have applied for PAN card corrections and made payment of Rs.71.90 through Paytm during the application process but after the payment it did not process through.
                    I have tried to continue the application process with the token number and e-KYC verification, it went to OTP verification, but I am not getting OTP on my mobile number nor registered e-mail ID.
                    Please look into this.

                      I had applied for e-PAN on 28/02/2023 and had received my PAN on the same day. I checked if its valid through the e-Filling portal of the income tax dept. and it says that 'PAN is Active and details are as per PAN.' However, when i use my PAN number for bank purposes, it displays the message that the PAN is invalid. My acknowledgement number is- [protected].

                          The issue was that OTP page was opened on chrome where it was not displayed properly. I tried again in different browser and it worked properly

                              Here with we bring to your kind notice that we had applied for a new PAN Card in the name of “Zahida”, from Delhi, pin code 110053, which was dispatched to our correspondence address in February 2023. But we didn’t receive the PAN Card as nobody came to our address and I didn't have any call in fact. But it is showing 'Returned to NSDL on 11th Feb 2023 on the website.
