Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card through e-sign (upload image, sign) mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

Sir/Madam,

I have received my pan card on 20/07/2018.
My PAN CARD number is not accepted in the various bank account like (DBS). It says that the record with this number is not found in their database.
Also on the IT Dept website "know your Pan" shows
"No record found for the provided detail "

After applying pancard it shows your e-kyc based request has failed you cannot proceed application with e-kyc mode.and it shows that I can get refund in 7 days but 10 days over and I can't got my refund
My token number :[protected]
I gave complaint two times but not resolved yet
If it is true then how tindia will become a digital country
Try to resolve my complaint as early as possible .else there is no use of this complaint board...

I have applied for new PAN card online by myself, paid the respective fee and also have received a mail regarding my application acknowledgement no.
But when I checked the status of my application, its showing "Sorry, no record found."
I request you to consider and resolve it, ASAP, as I need the PAN number urgently.

Dear sir/madam I have a Pran account no[protected] for APY but whenever I am trying to set IPIN in NPS CRA it is showing Pran not found in Database, I am facing the problem right after I got my Pran and I have stopped my instalments.
Please help me to resolve the issue as early as possible.After I can set my IPiIN I will continue my contribution for APY.

my name is Raja Bano my complaint is that when I registration In the nsdl pension system I give the mobile number that is number is [protected].So the problem is that this number is blocked when I want to access my profile though online mode so it is necessary to generate the OTP due to the number blockation of mobile number I did not able to generate OTP.
my complaint is that I want to change the number so I may be able to generate OTP to access my nsdl account through online mode my new number is [protected]...

I have applied for pan card update on 17th July 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

Dear Sir,
I have applied for a new PAN Card on 28th June 2018 at the nirman vihar pan centre in the name of Shubham Thagi which was dispatched on 6th July 2018 for my address. I haven't receive the PAN Card and today i tracked my pan card using my pan number at utiitsl website it is showing that my pan card is returned undelivered. I can't understand why this has happened there showing that the address is incomplete or incorrect but i m very much sure that this cannot be the reason because i have filled the same address as on my aadhar card even i haven't received any mail from your side....

I wish to bring to your knowledge that i am facing an error with online status check for pan card application dated 16/07/2018 (Acknowledgement number : [protected]).
According to the services provided by NSDL for e-sign mode i should be able to check the status of my pan card application since the document upload and payment has been made online and i even received a mail from NSDL with receipt of payment and a pdf file of my application form. The e-sign mode for pan card application was really great since it eliminated the hassles of physically sending...

I haven't recieved Pran Kit, I-Pin or T-Pin for my Pran no.[protected]. Pran Generation date is 29/7/2015, and for the past 3 years I have not recieved any kit. Moreover when I search for my Pran Card in the NSDL database, it says PRAN ID not present in the database. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Thank You.

I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 7/07/2018 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund...

Applied for PAN card modification mode to modify my Father's Name(Spelling Mistake). Applied twice for modification and both the time goth the PAN without any correction ( Spelling mistake was as is). Both the time paid application fee. Because of negligence of the officials sitting there, I request you to look into this.
