Pending IPin Reset Request

My PRAN number is[protected], when i am trying to reset password it is giving me following error:
Pending Reset IPin/Re-Issue of IPin request is already present for this USER ID/PRAN....

E-Kyc PAN Update

Hi,

I am trying to update Name and address in PAN using e-Kyc filled all the details and generated token number "[protected]".

In final step of Adhar OTP update the response was "Your Request cannot be Processed.Please try after some time"

I have tried multiple times, Its the same response.

PAN application not processed even after 15+ days

I had applied for a new PAN card (Application no: [protected]) more than 15 days ago, but the application is still not processed. The status shows: "Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application."

There is no further update or resolution. I have not received the PAN, and the delay is causing inconvenience for important financial...

Application status not shown

Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card on 6th november 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

Not able to log in into NSDL app or site using my PRAN

I am not able to log in NSDL site or NSDL app using my PRAN number

"[protected]" and getting the error as invalid PRAN number but every month i get the text message on my mobile as XX amount is deposited into the PRAN account.

Please help me on this and fix it as i am not able to log in and track the amount.

For track record of my pan card

Since the application is digitally signed using eSign/eKYC on 10/06/2025 but when i start to see for the status of my pan card with my appointment number N- [protected]. It shows no record is found so please kindly look into this and solve this....

Form rejection and reapply

Words like Shri, Late, Dr, Ms, Mr, Mrs, M/s, Kumari, Smt., Alias etc are not allowed.
Re-apply with correct details using online facility at https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/index.html I don't want to repay just for one prefix can you pls fix it. Just for one word why the whole form got rejected.
I am also not aware the (not allowed words) and pan form also not warn me during filling this word.
Just remove the prefix...

About dormant of PRAN number

My NPS has got dormant and unable to use it. It is showing PRAN not found in NSDL/NPS site. Where can I find the process and NPS office to re-activate my NPS account?

Payment made but cancelled and refund not initiated

Transaction error

While making payments during NPS registration the page got refreshed and when i try to retry it says
"The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #"

Pan change application no. 881130258492691 rejected due to prefix

Change in pan application rejected and asked to re-apply due to prefix in name of father as "late". I had called for the same on[protected] and asked them to please remove the prefix and make my pan card and don't complicate the simple things. But they are saying that i will had to re-apply and will have to pay the application money again.

          EKYC failed for PAN update

          Getting error:
          Your e-KYC based request has failed due to length of address present in Aadhaar exceeds the maximum length of address accepted in PAN Application form. Hence, your PAN application cannot be processed using e-KYC mode. However, this application can be processed using scanned documents with e-Sign / physical mode by generating new token.           Pending Reset IPin/Re-Issue of IPin request is already present for this USER ID/PRAN 1102****15

          I'm trying to reset password for generating I pin and I'm getting the below error.

          "Pending Reset IPin/Re-Issue of IPin request is already present for this USER ID/PRAN."

          Looks like the request pending with the nodal officer and the PRAN number is "[protected]".

          Hope this get resolved at the earliest....

          With reference to my PAN CARD
          I encountered the below error
          1. when I login to download pan

          PAN entered by you is not in proper status in Income Tax Department Database. Please write to us at dpr.[protected]@nsdl.co.in with colour copy of PAN Card to look into the matter.
