My name is Govind Sharma. I live at 1306, Shiv Srushti, Panch Srishti Complex, Near SM Shetty School, Powai, Mumbai 400072. My Cera flush tank is not working since a fortnight. The tank's siphon is leaking and the ball valve is broken. I got the phone number of Cera Customer Care with great difficulty. I phoned them on 26th June 2009 at 3250 8669. The phone was attended by Ms Kavita. She gave me the complain number 81 and promised that the complain will be attended in 2 days. Today is the fifth day of the complain, but nobody has attended to my complain. When I phoned Kavita at Cera Sanitaryware today (30th June 2009) to complain that the complain has not been attended to, she got aggressive. When I told her that if Cera Sanitaryware does not attend to my complain, I will have to complain against Cera, a man intervened on her behalf and told me rudely to go ahead and complain. I am highly disatisfied with Cera Sanitaryware service. Cera Sanitaryware should have some responsiblity towards its customers

I live in a village of Kerala State, Alleppey District, Chengannur Taluk and I have installed Cera Bathroom products including Wash Basins and Toilets. one of my toilet flush is having a leakage complaint and the same was intimated to their Kochi Office over phone and got a complaint registration ticket No.0009118 dated 10.11.2012 informing that their representative will be contacting me very soon. It is higly regretted that till date nobody has contacted me from the manufacturer's side and in the past similar complaint used to be attended by the company trained Technician, but I am unable to contact any such people in the absence of their contact details. It is surprising that a company of national repute do not care to ensure that the Dealers who market their products donot have a trained technician to attend to any minor complaints of the customer. It is unfortunate that the Cera Sanitaryware management does not care about the after sales services required by small houseowners who purchase their home products through dealers, which is unethical/improper and amounts to disregard shown to individual customers. It seems that in this fast growing world, nobody is concerned about complaints and concerns of small individual end users, who have no proper forum for redressal of their grievances of above nature.

i purchased cera ewc 2 nos, after instalation even in the new pieces the water from cistern in leaking till our main resource water in overhead tank is depleted. i have complained several times, but no response since 3 months, the problem still persists, hereafter we should go for hindware where i experienced that a small complaint was attended by them in one day.it appears that there is a shortage of service personnel with them, even the toll free of cera is not user friendly.

Kristal Group is one of the established Builders in Trivandrum . For 2 projects (multistoried Buildings) we have purchased CERA sanitary ware items.(through the dealer- Saraswathy Enterprises Kunnukuzhy Trivandrum) But we are facing major complaints to your products. We have registered a compliant on 8th may regarding some repairs of CERA products, but we didn't receive any response against that.
Now we have another complaint also, i will detail the products which have repair:

I have raised a ticket for service of flush not working properly. There is a serious problem with your products and services. I find your service doesnot bother to respond to requests. I have bought sanitary ware toilet products (4) of cera out of which 2 of the products flush don't work properly. Many Times I have called my plumber and says it is an issue with the product.

My name is Sunil Jindal. I live at Hisar. I have a shop named Bath Gallery at Hisar. I sold a Cera EWC model 2018 Cruse to a customer, but the flush tank is not working properly. I lodged a complaint on 29 May June 2014 vide there ticket no. 0141209. Today is the fifth day of the complain, but nobody has attended to my complain. The customer is chasing me again and again. I am highly dissatisfied with Cera Sanitaryware service. Cera Sanitaryware should have some responsibility towards its customers.
your customer service is very poor.one month ago i registered a complaint and nobody has turned up yet.

I have already got my Cera FLUSH TANK repaired at least 8 times from their authorised servisor but he is only saying dirt is coming in the pump.From the last 3 years it has been working on the same water quality, If it needed special aquaguard water to run then they should have informed at the time of buying.And the last time we complained on they have not turned up and a week is over.Rupa

One day I received a phone call a one gentleman, I am from CERA tomorrow will come and attend complaint. No one has come for the same. A complaint was lodged about faulty Ball Cock of CERA (CODI) one piece toilet seat through
Toll Free number on 23/12/2014 and a Ticket No. 0206860 was communicated to me on 24/12/2014
confirming that request received and its representative will contact me soon. But tll today i.e.
27/2/2014, nobody has contacted me.

I request the company to please resolve my problem today itself as my family is facing lot of
problems.

POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE,

I had purchased one set ivory W.H. E.W.C. Cliflon cat no.2083 complete from Hindustan h/w & sanitary store, jail road, new delhi-110058, on dt.30.9.2012 bill no.1185.
but passed 18 month the seat cover of above E.W.C. is brake. I have complaint in cera the person come, and told me that the cover would only be replaced which in on payment basis.
when i order on oct.2014 to dealer for new seat no.2383 to hindustan h/w & sanitary store, jail road, new delhi-110058. A long period of time [THREE MONTH] has passed and no provide seat cover after the payment.

Regret to say nobody contacted me.
Rather I contacted Mr Dillep and was once again assured that he wuld come today. But like in the past for the last o many weeks, he didn't turn up.

Please suggest? Should I recommend others to go for CERA with this kind of after sales service and that too IMMEDIATLY AFTER THE PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT.

I WILL KEEP ON SENDING COMPLAINTS TO YOUR COMPANY EVERYDAY TILL SUCH TIME MY WC HAS BEEN REPLACED AND MY REQUEST HAS BEEN ATTENDED TO.
