[Resolved]  Chartered Accountant — my CA has done fraud with my company

dear sir/ madam,
this is regarding my complain about CA- Mr. Bipin Rachh - bombay, i have a matter pending in income tax office from[protected] onwards and as guided by my ca that i should pay up the required amount by the tax officers, which i was resisting as it was he who has made my accounts. so i paid the amount and protest for which we went to applette and where after so many years i got the case in my company - maverick entertainment agency pvt. ltd. favour so when i asked for my money to be refunded the tax officers is saying that it has been adjusted against all the payments left which is a surprise to me as from 2-3 years back my ca was acting strange whenever i use to raise the question of refund or what is the status of the case. so just recently one of the director personly went to the tax officer to find out what is the status, this is what i got to hear from them - that the refund of 107000 something has already made, for[protected] and i dont know abt it, nor other directors.
also the tax demand by tax officers of 55000 which we duely paid, was told by tax officers that it has been adjusted against the demands. which is not told to us.

please guide me of what can be done to stop such fraud C.A - Bipin Rachh and something like his dosent happen to others.

please do help me improve our corrupt and greedy C.A
