This factory all these are polluting the colony. Please rectify all these problem.

Sub:- Misuser of the ground & first floor of residential premises bearing E- 107 jeevan Park Pankha Road, uttam Nager .New delhi by running a Chamical industry causing pollution of all kind As health hazard .

Under instruction from and on behalf of my client Area Members E-block Jeevan Park Pankha Road, New Delhi –110059, I am advised to serve you with the following notice:-

1. That my clients (Area Members) E-block residing with their families in Jeevan Park Pankha Road Uttam Nager New Delhi – 110059 . The young and old all are suffering two because of chamical factory. One old peopleAre suffering from asthma which is very big. Cause. Because of Chemical factory.

2. That however instead o[censored]sing the entire premises for residential purpose in conformity with lay out planOf E-107 Jeevan Park Pankha Road Uttam Nager, you noticee no. I has converted the ground & first floor into commercial Use and is using the same for the purpose of running a heavy chamical industry. They are using this factory acid, Chamical, etc. and the said industry is being run throughout 22 hours.

3. That my client tried to bring to the notice that this is unauthorized and illegal activity being carried out. That you notice no 1 has failed to stop the industrial activity from the ground floor & first floor of the residential Premises and instead of appreciating the gravity of the inconvenience and disturbance caused to my clients has Instead theatened my clients of dire consequences and has openly challenged my clients that nobody could toch You and that you are a force to reckon with and were above the low.
That my clients has held his hand so far with a hope that wise sense would prevail and remedial steps would Be taken by you noticees to prevent the nuisance and enable my clients E-Block.

4 I therefore call upon you noticee no.1 to immediately stop the industrial activities being carried out by youFrom the ground and first floor of property no – E-107 Jeevan Park Pankha Road Uttam Nager New Delhi and I Also call upon you to take immediat action against. My Clients shall be contrained to approach the court of law For the redressal of his grievance which in that event shall be entirely at the cost and risk of you noticees.

Chemical factory — Air Pollution in Sant Garh Area,Tilak Nagar

Dear Sir,

We are living in gali no. 20, sant garh, Tilak Nagar.

There is a factory which releases toxin and polluted gases in the residential area.

These gases are very dangerours to health and also there should not be any industry running in residential area.

Most of the occupants staying nearby are disturbed mantally and phisically.

You are requested to kindly take up this complain and survey the said gali in sant garh and releave us from this hazardious running factory.
