I also join in the list as above. I was cheated when they came to our apartment by setting up a stall for canvasing for membership. Based on the hope and offers they given at that time i joined as a life member by paying Rs.15, 000/-. After got the card myself and my family went to their padapi and uttandi resorts for dinner. It was so horrible to see the facility and the service they provided. When I enquired about this they told that for the payment you paid this will be the quantum of service they can provide. After that I stopped going. Today I got a letter after three years asking for payment of annual membership fees. Then only my membership will be live otherwise it states that they will cancel it. I tried to contact the numbers ( 3 Mobile Nos ) they written in that letter but no one is piciking up. I strongly recommend the readers not to entertain such peoples when they approach you. Simply refuse to even talk about this.

I too agree this. I am also life time member while issuing the card they never said about the yearly fees. But now they are sending the letter to cancel my membership.Even their web site also not availble due to due payment to the web host.
I have joined in the month of jan09 they took me to the land visit which was fenced layout ichecked with lawyer regarding papaers it was very clear and even registration is over.WE even visted their affiliated resorts in goa thats a posh hub.PAYING @ 1200/- was informed to me.AND IT IS COMMON IN ANY OF THE CLUBS> IF SOMEONE NOT COLLECTING LET ME KNOW OOOPPSS!!!
I TOO AGREE FOR THIS COMMENT, BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN JOINED AS A MEMBER IN CHENNAI CORPORATE CLUB 2 YEARS BEFORE.STILL I AM RECEIVING ALL PROGRAM TICKETS IN A PROPER MANNER..THEY ARE INTEMATING THROUGH TELEPHONE AND THEY ARE SENDING THE TICKETS THROUGH COURIER.AND I HAVE BEEN VISITED ALL THIER PROPERTIES, THEY ARE MAINTAING ALL THE PROPERTIES IN A PROPER MANNER.THIER PROPERTY STANDARD ALSO EQUAL TO 4STAR STANDARD.WHEN I JOINED THEY HAD ONLY 3 PROPERTYS, BUT NOW THEY HAVE MANY PROPERTIES.AND ANY CLUB THEY WILL COLLECT ANUAL MAINTAINANCE CHARGES.BUT CHENNAI CORPORATE CLUB THEY ARE COLLECTING NOMINAL FARE OF RS.1200 ONLY.SOOOOOO, I WANT EVERY BODY HAS TO UTILISE THEIR SERVICE.THANK YOU.
The is 200 % correct and they just cheating giving false promises . When they sold the membership to me they promised me not pay any annual charges if am not using. Now they send a letter stating my membership is suspended when contacted chennai coperate club manager - operation he is just not answering me . He asking to pay the annual fee frist then we will talk to you . So Please be careful, this club is cheating, i don't why police not taking any action against this club.

I am already a member of Mahindra Holiday Club since 5 years.
The membership fee and annual service charge Rs 1200/- is reaonable when compared with many Holiday Clubs. The investment on property they have developed near Sholingur is also is quite reasonable..
I joined as a member of CCC today and I am yet to see their services.
Looking into the complaints, I can understand that at the growing stages they had a difficulty in offering their services to the expectation and satisfaction of customers. They are not cheaters..They are really working out on warfooting to improve their services and satisfy the grieved customers..Customers can expect much improved services..- Dr D S Lakshman kumar

First of all, you have to accept and feel shy that you have not satisfied most of the members who gave bad comments expect one comment. Are they your competitors to bring some bad name here?...
Also you are in service industry, you have to give proper justification in a polite manner, if you are really suit for the position you holding.
i did not expect this bull sheet comments from such club management. There are many other way to run your family, if you are smart enough...God will BIG reward for your smartness.

Guys!!! why did u make the dumbest of all mistakes, all these clubs not just this are bigtime [censored]ers, these guys like to screw around with normal people.As far as CCC is concerned they tried their level best to convince me to go for their fake packages.First they asked me to take a lifetime membership at discounted rates, when said i was not intrested they made a 10 year offer, and finally came to a 5 year package.They told the package costed Rs 16000, and that the offer would only be for that day.I told them i had no cash, so they told me to pay by card and the best thing is that they said if i used the card they would charge Rs 13000, now who gives a discount on cards??? I think the people who made the mistake should take it seriously and take up criminal action against these people(CCC) cause they are still cheating the gullible and exploiting them...

(Brain wash) for one hr.after that manger told this offer is only for today and only for selectable 15 members.and also they told i[censored] join in CCC today u have 1200sft land absolutely free in arakonnam.finally they told the cost.of Rs1.15lacs.i asked its very high.suddenly he reduced the amount Rs98175.I told to him ok i accepted.but amount will be give on next week.they said no sir today only offer dont miss it.so first u register ur name for give Rs 10000.i have no money on that time so i gave Rs1175.I returned to home and call to the manger.asked a land surveyor no.they told that.i went to arakonnam register off.and get a EC.Its a fraud.Suddenly i aware.
Now i asked my register amount.

I too got a phone with 45k gift voucher and kitchen set. Fortunately, I did some search over the internet. Their names were directly coming to consumer complaints website. But, I still went today and heard all the and brain washing. This guy kept giving promises after promises. They reduced the amount for almost all the membership types. Finally after 1 hour, I told I am getting late and would like to have the voucher and the kitchen set. Got the voucher and 6 glasses. Should Look at the person's face, from totally estatic to like face. Glad I did not pay a single paisa.

For that they given a lifetime holiday and club in india and they given 1200sq.ft plot absolutly free .After three days i asked mother document copy to verify the land, and i got all the doucments and they are very geniune and land also very worth.After 10 days they call me for a registeration and they send a cab also.Now i got orginal registered doucment also .Thanks for all staff

Yes, the cheat I am a life member since 2004 I have not received even a single ticket, but they will ask monthly subscription only
Thats true.We were cheated by Glide holidays. At the time of enrollment, those people said that they have properties all over India.Recently we we tried to make a booking with them and only then we came to know that they have only few properties and they are in North India alone.We had to pay a huge amount for accomodation though we had paid those a lump sum.

Ohh..no .. they r comming to coimbatore as Celebrity Corporate Club and they are attracting people by giving free lands to them for a life time member...i am not lucky i think because i visited this site after my parents got the membership, admired by their plentious offers.
