This is very gud investment for my family b, cus plot documents all r crystal clear pakka documents & ccc service & maintanance r very good. I registered my plot and i received my documents also, now i reffered my friends also to my executive.

chennai corporate club started now in coimbatore..its a fraud company...they will call you by phone that u have got a gift worth Rs more than 40, 000/- and come to collect...i[censored] go there they will tell u to become a member so that u will get lot of offers and make u to pay the money which is non refundable.. u will not get any offers..they are cheaters.. so please be safe if any unknown person calls u with offers...coimbatore peoples be safe...prove that we are not foolish..and throw them away from our place...

We taught that the company is doing well that's y they are giving such offer, because those created impression about their company and they asked us to pay immediately by debit or credit card as a downpayment 30% of Rs.1.20 lacs coming to Rs.36000/- we said that we will take our own time and will pay we said still they said no this offer is valid only today. I think i am a bit lucky to escape from this fraud concern called CCB.recently i and my wife went to a stall for enquiring apartments.it was organised in valluvara kottam.We filled the entry forms and droped it into th box as we went.Then after a few days time i got a call from abinaya const.stating that i got we lucky dip price offer of Rs.45, 000/-.I dont beleive all these stuff so i said i will try to come and they also called my wifes no.my mother in law's no and they said to come and collect the gift.So my wife finally made a decision and we went to tnagar where they asked us to come.My wife warned me not to sign anything and not to reveal anything.So we went there prepared.
There as said above girls invited us made us sit and asked us few details like wht we are doing etc.then they called us inside i was shocked to see so much people inside and the noice was so loud that i couldnt hear what my wife said.So we sat and a girl came and started explaing and asked us many question like where we went last holiday trip how much it costed and what place u like to visit etc...Then as said by many ppl above in cloumns they explained about forein and indian packages its rate and benefits, discounts plot, 900 to 1500 per year maintanence charges only.They also showed us pamphlets, books, plot site map.we couldnt decide so we asked for more packages.Then another person came and told us about 5 years package coming to around 19, 000 all same benefits but no plots we where still reluctant and told we cant deiced now itslef.But they where also relucatant and asked us to decide today itself as you r the person paying the money and u are the on going to enjoy the benefits.
My wife asked for any testing package to know how far the hospitality and accomodations are then again that person manager i think said there is 1 year pacakage for Rs.6, 000 no benefits noting but just holiday for 7 days in india only.That to we have to decide today itself.
We asked for some time my wife was a bit reluctant and said i am not feeling good lets get some refernce about this CCB and thn we will decide.So finally we said no to them and for that to there is a form which we have to fill and give them the reasons that y we didnt book the package/membership.
we did and came out nad they gave us a gift (Glass Jar 2) and a goa holiday package and asked us to call 15 days prior to book.After reaching home we read the rules and regulations mentioned in the package leaflet and it was mentioned as booking charges extra, food extra many other charges extra only accomodation free.
My friend said that we can book good packages of all inc much lesser than this rate compared to this.It made me think about it and now my wife called up and said about ccb is a cheater it made me surprised.I saw yesterday so may ppl with small kids in the ccb office eagerly listing to all the stuff the personal over there telling.They fooling all o[censored]s.
SO WE SHOULD BE VERY CAREFULL ABOUT FREE GIFTS NOT TO GET TEMPTED.

I m ajay srivastava and went to there office on 19th November which is located in T. Nager with my wife kani mozhi and they started to discussed about there club facilities and they said their club name has changed earlier it was there as a chennai corprate club and now Chennai celebrity club and same plan they was discussed with us also (about free tour package and musical and cultural programme free ticket) and they was demanded with us for the maintaing charges every month 1200Rs and they said about there 3types of plan on for the 25year and 2nd for the 15year and 3rd for the 5year and when i told them after discussed with the family member only i ll decide to join after that they kept 1year plan, which is cost 6500Rs and said us to join immediately becoz offfer only on 19th Nov, then we told after discussed with the family member we can join in their without offer plan also, we refused and said we ll tell u leteran, so pls confirm weather to cheat to the customer they change their club name ..

Glide Holidays — showed so many things
Hi I went to their place and gave show many option to become member and this was the last day finally i paid the amount. I want to get back money.. I have taken their membership in Feb12. They have given me free stay in Goa. They advised me that they take people for registration in Puduper Village on every fridays and hence I chose to do the registration on 10Feb12 and they had sent the cab from Glide Tours and picked me up from house and took me to Kaveripakkam registrar office and completed the registration smoothly on time. Then they took me to the land and explained about the location and other advantages. The registration takes max. 20 days time and they have promised to call me within 20 days to deliver the title deeds and the patta for the property. The location appears to be 'not bad'. I have called their manager Jaya Prakash every time and he answered me politely and gave me the required information. Mr. Murugan, the sales executive was patient enough to explain me about the internet blogs / compliants and reasons for complaints and action taken against them. For example, he said that they had sacked the earlier manager and they have formed a new team with a seperate head for servicing and dedicated staff for servicing. They have taken a vow that they will improve the service standards so that they can grow as a big organisation. Now they have given dedicated service teams's phone numbers, manager's number and even the sales executive's number to the customer, so that it is easier for them to contact any person for assistance. He advised that, since the construction is under progress in Coimbatore Club and and Mount Road Club, they have not conducted any events in last 2 years and hence no entry pass was given to the members. He also advised that some club members did not pay the annual maintenance fee for several years and hence for them they had not provided the services for club until they paid the arrears. They had changed the club name since they do not want to confine themselves only to Chennai by including this word in thier name. Hence they removed the word 'Chennai' from their name and included 'celebrity' inorder to be consistant with the shorthand 'CCC'. Now they have a dedicated team to track all these online compliant blogs and are taking necessary action to correct any complaints and are looking forward to remove these compliants from the internet. Another fact is that they have now made everything crystal clear in the agreement that the ID card would be issued in 45 working days, entrace fee has to be paid when we visit the club etc., so that people do not complain about it afte they become a member.
chennai corporate club is one of fraud club in chennai. this type of club should be sealed and booked under criminal conspirancy . they are cheaters. the MD should be under the bars
my main commpliand is the cost of food and bar is very high when comparing 3star hotels-jeeva

I have become life member of the club on 10.06.06 by paying Rs.18000/- in a special campaign by the club in an Exhibition at Chennai Trade Centre Nandambakkam against the normal rate of Rs.25000/-. This membership was said to be transferable and no yearly charges were told then. Now I am told by the clud that I should pay yearly charges also otherwise the money paid by me at the time of taking Life Membership remains forfeited.
It appears that the club had introduced some new clause of yearly charges and appropriated my money wrongfully without my concurrence. It appears I was honey trapped and duped to part with my hard earned money and now made to lose the same. I was under the impression the club is a non-profitable organisation but now I am told it is profit making company dealing in real estate also beyond recreation using money paid by members like me.
Though I am advised to take up the matter seriously for higher compensation and report the issues to certain authorities my prime concern is my hard earned money.I also believe always in amiable settlement of any dispute without resorting to other legal measures. Hence without prejudice to legal recourses, I request you to kindly return the same ie Rs.18000/ with interest at the rate of 10% pa quarterly rests (as a good gesture and in hope of amiable settlement I limit my request to interest rate near interest rates on deposits in banks then).

Yes I agree with you all.I am the one who got into the trap recently.I had to Pay 24K for 5 year Membership and they promised 14 days holiday with nominal UC of 900-1200 for stays.But all their network hotels are crap.Club at Pdappai is ridiculous and stinking.Please done join.Only thing I can console myself is I got 2 G gold coin and 1000rs work Reliance VOucher.Still at worst case I lost arounf 18K for useless Mebership.We can get better hotels and stay for 1200 which these people provide.Please do not join this club membership...
