1. Purchase of textiles worth Rs.6394/-
2. Date : 15.08.2009 - Invoice No.000764
3. Payment mode - Union bank of India Debit Card - Card No.[protected]
4. My Account with UBI Thripunithura has been debited three times with the same amount - excess debited Rs.12788/-
5. Amount not yet recredited - refunded till date inspite of my complaint

Kindly look into the matter and help me to recover the amount
