Chipkart.com — Refund of cancelled Online order in Chipkart.com

I have made my online purchase (micromax canvas hd mobile) in chipkart.com on 22nd august byhe money has paid as online transfer for the order 6806. But I couldn't see any progress of my order and cancelled the order on september 2nd by speaking to the support team. they have done that immediately and mentioned that money will be credited within 3-4 days. But i haven't received my money back even after 16 days. I have been calling their support team to get the update and they always mentioned that they will initiate that on that day, but nothing happened so far. Now I am not able to reach to their customer service phone or office phone to check the status. both of the phones are not working and the phone number given in site also not working at this moment. I have sent many mails to their support id requesting my money refund, but no update so far. Please help me to get back my money at the earliest.
