[Resolved] CIBIL — Reflection as Poor Credit inspite of clearing all dues

Dear Sir/Madam, I have cleared all my dues and loans with all financial institutions. Still i am not able to apply or get any finance approved due to CIBIL report where all my loans are still reflected as overdue. We have innumerable times submitted the settlement letters copies to various financial loan institutions still there are problems in loan transactions.I request you to help me in this regards at the earliest. have received information from the bank regarding defaulting in credit cards of icici Bank and my name is listed in the Defaulter List of CIBIL.

icici BANK have provided wrong information to the CIBIL. I have paid all the dues of icici Bank

But icici Bank has not send the data to CIBIL. MY credit card has declined because of the wrong information given by the bank to CIBIL.

I seek justice to get my names removed from the defaulter list with an immediate effect. I am ready to give all the proof and settlement letters issued by the concerned credit cards provider.

Please help to remive my name from civil.

Looking forward to a suitable action at the earliest form your end.

I HAVE PRE-CLOSE MY CAR LOAN (ICICI BANK) OF Rs.2, 70, 000 IN NOVEMBER 2008. HOWEVER, THE SAME IS STILL REFLECTING IN CIBIL.
I HAVE PRE-CLOSE A PERSONAL LOAN (AMEX, NOW STAN C) OF Rs.1, 50, 000 IN NOVEMBER, 2006. HOWEVER, THE SAME IS STILL REFLECTING IN CIBIL.
MOREOVER, THERE ARE FEW FIGURES REFLECTING IN CIBIL FOR WHICH I DONOT HAVE ANY CLUE.
PLEASE SORT OUT THE PROBLEMS AT THE EARLIEST BECAUSE I AM FACING A LOT OF PROBLEMS IN ORDER TO AVAIL PERSONAL LOAN.
