Cibil and ICICI bank people are making fool to the people by putting their name on defaulter list which is affecting our credit history. In my case I had no outstanding due for ICICI bank company, while applying for loan Today I came to know that my name is appearing in CIBIL which is quite questionable. When I tried to speak ICICI employees they said they don have my name in their database access which is not possible cos I have been using ICICI credit card and current account from last 7 years.

I am requesting all of you to check your name on CIBIL and take action again those who provide these kind of information to them.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I just want to know if there is any chance or way to make my name out of the defaulters list in CIBIL.I made 2 settlements as I could not repay my credit card bills in March 2011 due to bad financial position.

After that settlement there is no more remark about my credit card payments or my credit history in your terms, but the problem arised when I applied for a personal loan for my marriage. My application got rejected as I made full and final settlements in the year July 2011, and my name would be still in the defaulters list and that they cant help me in any way. And as I was not able to get a loan, the marriage got postponed.

SO, I request you to help me with a way, advise or suggestion (if any) to make my name out of CIBIL's defaulters list for ever. I hope CIBIL will not reject my application there too.

I would appreciate if you can please help me with the best solution or reply to my problem.

One request: If possible, please give us a chance (to the defaulters) to repay the balance settlement amount, may be by fixing the time frame to repay it, else Permanent residency as a CIBIL defaulter.Help us get out of CIBIL's defaulters list.
Theres a chance to get out of a DEATH SENTENCE or a LIFE IMPRISONMENT but seems theres no way for a defaulter in CIBIL, so please help us with a solution for our problem.
