Respected sir, Am SATYANARAYANA AVULA holding the pan no of AOZPA5834P i have the problem with my current cibil report which i was took from the bank the problem is the report showing a home and the personal loan in my account and both the transactions are of same amount that is 74,250 and of same date that is[protected] . according to my knowledge it is completely not fair and that is a wrong entry. and the current report making me a problem for my further procedures to take any loan, so plz make my report clear and provide me the proper data. i am in a Will to move with a legal proceedings for this problem so please make it clear and provide me proper information as soon as possible. I am Arunkumar, have applied the car loan in HDFC bank, I got the update from bank stating that "already one car loan is running, so it cant be approved".
I have not bought any car till date. I have applied loan for my first car... all my dreams spoiled because of the CIBIL report.
I dont know, who bought that car, which bank is updated in CIBIL. its really bad...
