[Resolved]  CIDCO Ltd (Nerul & Bela[ur) — MORTGAGE NOC NOT ISSUING

DEAR Sir,

I had taken a loan form Deutsche Postbank Home Finance Ltd.
Unit No-705-706, 7th Floor, "A", Wing, Diamonda, Near Novelty Silk Compound, Dahisar-East, Mumbai-400068

Bank is insisting to bring the Mortgauge NOC from CIDCO on their name, CIDCO Estate Officer, Nerul office, Mr.Joshi is not issuing the NOC, the reason that they do not have above mentioned bank in their list, Bank has sent the letter for registretion, then he is asking all daccument from 1st bank to last,
i.e- From Birla Home Finance to Deutsche Postbank Home Finance Ltd.
otherwise any NOC bank has obtain earlier, Bank has given duely recievd NOC from Belapur CIDCO, same NOC shown to Nerul Estate officer Mr.Joshi, but he is not accepting & asking to bring NOC issued from Nerul Cidco office or Go to Belapur Cidco office, When went to Belapur Cidco (Head) office, The Estate officer sitting at Belapur & looking forr Nerul NOC probelm, making us daily round & agin he sending us to Nerul or asking all other paper, which not in hand, Where as Bank person is telling, We had received many NOC from Navi Mumbai, then How CIDCO Officer will act this.

Kindly interven & do the needful to get my Cheque from Bank & NOC from Cidco, from last 15 Day's We are struggling
