HI,

I had booked 4 online movie tickets from Cinemax on 21/12/2012 for a show of 22/12/2012. I need to cancel the same but there is no option to do the same on their website and the call center is not answering the call too. Please help. Thank you!

Hi,

I happened to book 3 tickets for tonight(25th Feb 2013) 10.15pm show at Cochin Cinemax via my Visa debit card. The booking id is W6VZBND.
I would like to cancel the tickets as we have another emergency.
Kindly do the necessary action to refund the booked amount as early as possible. Please do the needful and do not ignore the same.
